TURKISH AIRLINES SUMMER CAMPAIGN FOR MILES & SMILES MEMBERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles members only (each a “Member” and together “Members”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

1. Period of Promotion:

1.1. These promotional offers are available to Members during the period 01 August 2024 to 31 August 2024 (inclusive) only (“Period of Promotion”) and are available 7 days a week during the Period of Promotion.

2. Participating Villages:

2.1. These promotional offers are available at: Bicester Village; Ingolstadt Village; Wertheim Village; La Roca Village; Las Rozas Village; Kildare Village; Fidenza Village; Maasmechelen Village; or La Vallee Village] (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”).

3. Double Miles Offer:

3.1. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present: 3.1.1. proof of their Miles & Smiles membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and 3.1.2. their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at one or a number of various boutiques in a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”), shall be entitled to receive two (2) Miles & Smiles Miles instead of the usual one (1) Miles & Smiles Mile for every £1 or 1€ spent (the “Double Miles Offer”). 3.2. Claims for the Double Miles/Points Offer can only be made: 3.2.1. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 3.2.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs. 3.3. Subject to paragraph 3.2.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the Double Miles/Points Offer. 3.4. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5.3. below. 3.5. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who qualify to receive the Triple Miles Offer below. 3.6. There is no limit on the number of redemptions of the Double Miles/Points Offer.

4. Triple Miles Offers:

4.1. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present: 4.1.1. proof of their Miles & Smiles membership together with their offer email/invitation for this promotional offer; and 4.1.2. their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, which amount to a collective minimum spend of £/€1,500 shall be entitled to receive three (3) Miles & Smiles Miles instead of the usual one (1) Miles & Smiles Mile for every £1 or 1€ spent (the “Triple Miles Offer”). 4.2. Claims for the Triple Miles/Points Offer can only be made: 4.2.1. at the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or 4.2.2. digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/loyalty-programmes-tcs. 4.3. Subject to paragraph 4.2.2, no retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with the Triple Miles Offer. 4.4. This Triple Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5.3. 4.5. This Triple Miles Offer is not available to Members who have redeemed the Double Miles Offer above. 4.6. There is no limit on the number of redemptions of the Triple Miles/Points Offer.

5. General

5.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to: 5.1.1. enable the Offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and 5.1.2. for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see 5.3 below). 5.2. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Miles/Points. Where a Member has applied for Miles/Points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Miles/Points is equal to or exceeds €30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”) then the rate at which the Miles/Points will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of one (1) Mile/Point for every £5 or €5 spent. The Offers will not be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold. 5.4. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Miles & Smiles Miles under the Offers in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 5.5. The right to benefit from the Offers is personal to the recipient of an offer email/invitation, and may not be transferred. The offer email/invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. 5.6. The Offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with these Offers may not then be used to claim Miles or Points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes. 5.7. The benefits granted by the Offers cannot be exchanged for cash. 5.8. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Offers for any reason at any time. 5.9. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Offers, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of the Offers. 5.10.
