Terms and Conditions for Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Members Summer Campaign

The following promotional offers have been arranged for the benefit of Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Members only (“Member”), and are provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to these offers are:

1. Period of Promotion
  1. These promotional offers detailed below are available to Members during the period 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2024 only (the “Period of Promotion”), and are available 7 days a week during the Period of Promotion.
2. Participating Villages
  1. These promotional offers are available at:
    • Bicester Village
    • Ingolstadt Village
    • Wertheim Village
    • La Roca Village
    • Las Rozas Village
    • Kildare Village
    • Fidenza Village
    • Maasmechelen Village
    • La Vallee Village
    (collectively the “Participating Villages”).
3. Double Miles Offer
  1. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:

    • Proof of their Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles membership card together with their invitation to this Double Miles Offer; and
    • Their receipts for the purchase of goods (including food and beverages) made by a Member at a Participating Village (“Qualifying Purchases”),

    shall be entitled to receive two (2) Miles & Smiles Miles instead of the usual one (1) Miles & Smiles Mile for every £1 or €1 spent (the “Double Miles Offer”).

  2. Claims for this Double Miles Offer can only be made:

    • At the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
    • Digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link:

  3. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Double Miles Offer.

  4. This Double Miles Offer is available only once per Member.

  5. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5c below.

  6. This Double Miles Offer is not available to Members who qualify to receive the Triple Miles Offer.

4. Triple Miles Offer
  1. Members who, during the Period of Promotion, present:

    • Proof of their Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles membership card together with their invitation to this Triple Miles Offer; and
    • Their receipts for Qualifying Purchases, which amount to a collective minimum spend of €/£1500,

    shall be entitled to receive three (3) Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles instead of the usual one (1) Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Mile for every €1/£1 spent (“Triple Miles Offer”).

  2. Claims for this Triple Miles Offer can only be made:

    • At the Guest Concierge in the respective Participating Village on the date the Qualifying Purchases are made; or
    • Digitally within 24 hours of the date of the Qualifying Purchases by following the procedure detailed at the following link:

  3. No retroactive claims will be permitted in connection with this Triple Miles Offer.

  4. This Triple Miles Offer is available only once per Member.

  5. This Triple Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 5c below.

  6. This Triple Miles Offer is not available to Members who have redeemed the Double Miles Offer.

5. General
  1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Member’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to:

    • Enable these promotional offers to be redeemed for the benefit of the Member; and
    • For the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member’s spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether certain annual spend thresholds have been met (see paragraphs 4c below).
  2. All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here:

  3. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is redeemed for Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles.

    • Where a Member has applied for Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member’s collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles is equal to or exceeds £30,000 (the “Annual Threshold”), then the rate at which the Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles will be awarded for that Member for the remainder of that year will be a reduced rate of two (2) Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles for every £5 or €5 spent. Neither the Double Miles Offer nor the Triple Miles Offer will be available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold.
  4. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles under the Double Miles Offer or Triple Miles Offer in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

  5. The right to benefit from these promotional offers is personal to the recipient of an invitation and may not be transferred. The invitation may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient.

  6. These promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, or voucher. Any receipts for Qualifying Purchases used in conjunction with this offer may not then be used to claim miles or points in respect of other loyalty partners/programmes.

  7. The benefits granted by these promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  8. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel these promotional offers for any reason at any time.

  9. Value Retail will not be liable to the Member for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation, or withdrawal of these promotional offers, or any failure or inability of the Member to take advantage of these promotional offers.
