SUMMER CAMPAIGN FOR TURKISH AIRLINES MILES & SMILES EMPLOYEES – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following promotional offer has been arranged for the benefit of Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles -employees only (each an “Employee” and together “Employees”), and is provided by Value Retail Management Limited (“Value Retail”). The terms and conditions that apply to this offer are:

1. Period of Promotion

1.1. This promotional offer is available to Employees during the period 1 June 2026 to 31 August 2026 (inclusive) only (“Period of Promotion”) and is available during the opening times/days of the Villages specified in this offer during the Period of Promotion.

2. Participating Villages

2.1. This promotional offer is available at: Bicester Village, Kildare Village, Maasmechelen Village, La Roca Village, La Vallée Village, Las Rozas Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, Fidenza Village (each a “Participating Village” and collectively the “Participating Villages”).

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. Employees who register as a member of The Bicester Collection’s “Membership” loyalty programme and access the relevant Participating Village’s Membership app will be able to access exclusive Membership benefits (which may vary by Participating Village and can include benefits such as earning stars, treats and rewards, special surprises, and access to member-exclusive sales and events). 3.2. Subject to Clauses 3.3 and 3.4, Employees who have registered for The Bicester Collection’s “Membership” loyalty programme will also be able to access: 3.2.1. a 10% discount with Membership; and 3.2.2. complimentary Hands-Free Shopping service. 3.3. The Hands-Free Shopping service is subject to availability by Participating Village and must be booked 48 hours in advance. 3.4. Use of the above benefits by Employees will be subject to (i) the Employee presenting proof that they are an Employee to Value Retail’s satisfaction; and (ii) the terms and conditions which are available online at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/benefit-tcs

4. General

4.1. Employees acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process the Employee’s personal data (which may include their name, membership card number (or a part thereof), transactional spend, place of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, land and/or mobile numbers and other contact details as may be required by Value Retail or by their partners or the participating boutiques) to enable the benefits to be redeemed for the benefit of the Employee. 4.2. All collection and processing of such personal data by Value Retail will be conducted in accordance with Value Retail’s Privacy Policy, which can be accessed here: https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/legal/privacy-policy and the relevant Participating Village’s Privacy Policy, which can be found here:

4.3. Value Retail reserves the right to refuse to award any Turkish Airlines Miles & Smiles Miles under the benefits in cases of actual or suspected fraud. 4.4. The right to benefit from the benefits is personal to the recipient of an offer email/invitation, and may not be transferred. The offer email/invitation may not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form, or by any means for use by a person other than the original recipient. 4.5. The benefits may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon or other voucher. 4.6. The benefits granted by the offer(s) cannot be exchanged for cash. 4.7. Value Retail reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the benefits for any reason at any time. 4.8. Value Retail will not be liable to the Employee for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the benefits, or any failure or inability of the Employee to take advantage of the benefits. 4.9.
