How to claim your benefits
To claim your points, present your receipts and your ALL membership card at Concierge Services or claim digitally using our Airmiles e-redemption service. See below for full details.
To redeem Hands-free Shopping, email the Village you plan to visit 48 hours in advance and present your ALL membership card at Concierge Services upon arrival.
To book access to the Village’s private suite, email an image of your ALL membership card at least 48 hours in advance of your visit to the Guest Services email addresses listed below.
To redeem your Shopping Express benefit:
Email the Village at least 48 hours in advance using the relevant address from the list below.
Include an image of your ALL membership card and request a promotional code. Book your ticket using the links below, quoting the promotional code provided.
