How to claim your offer

  1. Shop in the Village and keep your receipts.

  2. Present your receipts and your Cathay membership card at Concierge Services or claim digitally using our AirMiles e-redemption service. See Terms and Conditions for full details.

  3. To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.

  4. To redeem Hands-free Shopping and access to the Village’s private spaces, present your boarding pass or booking confirmation at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.

How to get there

Las Rozas Village is just a 30-minute drive from Madrid and offers ample parking. Taxis, including Uber, are available from central Madrid. The Village is situated less than 30 minutes from Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport.

La Roca Village is a short 40-minute drive from Barcelona and offers with ample parking. The Village is less than 45 minutes from major airports, including Barcelona and Girona.
