How to claim your offer at Ingolstadt Village

  1. To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.

  2. To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.

  3. To redeem your complimentary Shopping Express ticket, select your chosen Village below and input the promotional code at the point of purchase.

  4. To book your access to the private suite, email with your business class boarding pass to the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below.
