How to claim your offer

  1. Shop in the Village and keep your receipts.

  2. Present your receipts and your Qatar Airways Privilege membership card at Concierge Services or claim digitally using our Airmiles e-redemption service. See Terms and Conditions for full details.

  3. To redeem your 10% saving, register as member by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants

  4. To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.

  5. To book your access to the private suite and your Personal Shopping appointment, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below.
