Terms and Conditions for Cathay Members

The following promotional offer is provided by Value Retail Management Limited ("Value Retail") for eligible Cathay members (each a "Member", together the "Members"). The terms and conditions applicable to this offer are as follows.

1. Campaign Period

1.1. This promotional offer is valid from 10 July 2026 to 31 October 2026 (the "Campaign Period").

2. Participating Villages

2.1. This promotional offer may be enjoyed once per Member at all nine villages in The Bicester Collection: Bicester Village, La Vallée Village, Ingolstadt Village, Wertheim Village, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, Kildare Village, Fidenza Village, and Maasmechelen Village (together the "Participating Villages" and each a "Participating Village"). Cathay Silver members or above may enjoy the Double Asia Miles Offer an unlimited number of times during the Campaign Period, as set out in paragraph 3.3 below.

3. Double Asia Miles Offer

3.1. During the Campaign Period, a Member who is either (i) a Cathay member who has not previously earned Asia Miles at any Participating Village, or (ii) a Cathay Silver member or above, and who presents:

3.1.1. proof of their eligible Cathay membership; and

3.1.2. their receipts for goods (including food and beverages) purchased by the Member ("Qualifying Purchases") at a Participating Village,

is entitled to receive 2.5 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent (instead of the standard 1.25 Asia Miles per €/£1 spent) ("Double Asia Miles Offer").

3.2. The Double Asia Miles Offer is not available to Members who have exceeded the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4.2 below.

3.3. There is no limit on the number of times a Cathay Silver member or above may enjoy the Double Asia Miles Offer during the Campaign Period. However, no further Asia Miles will be awarded to such a Member once their collective annual spend at the Participating Villages reaches or exceeds the Annual Threshold set out at paragraph 4.2 below.

3.4. Members should allow 4 to 8 weeks from the date of redemption for the additional Asia Miles awarded under the Double Asia Miles Offer to be credited to their Cathay membership account.

3.5. Where a Member qualifies under both eligibility categories in paragraph 3.1 (that is, a Cathay member who has not previously earned Asia Miles at any Participating Village and also a Cathay Silver member or above), the benefits are not cumulative and may not be stacked. Such a Member is entitled to enjoy the Double Asia Miles Offer only (i.e. 2.5 Asia Miles for every €/£1 spent) and shall not receive any additional or multiplied Asia Miles by reason of qualifying under more than one category.

4. General Terms

4.1. Members acknowledge that Value Retail will need to collect and process personal data (which may include names, membership numbers (or partial numbers), transactional spend, location of residence, gender, date of birth, email address, landline and/or mobile number, and other contact details as required by Value Retail, its partners or participating boutiques) in order to (i) facilitate the redemption of this offer and (ii) for the purposes of tracking the levels of a Member's spend at the Participating Villages to assess whether the Annual Threshold has been met (see paragraph 4.2 below). 4.2. Value Retail maintains records of the collective annual spend made by Members in Participating Villages which is entitled for miles/points. Where a Member has applied for miles/points and, at any point within a calendar year, the Member's collective annual spend at the Participating Villages during that year which is associated with the redemption of miles/points is equal to or exceeds £/€30,000 (the "Annual Threshold") then no further miles/points will be awarded to that Member for the remainder of that calendar year.

4.3. Value Retail reserves the right to decline any Asia Miles claim or redemption of Benefits in cases of actual or suspected fraud.

4.4. This promotional offer is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient of the promotional email. The promotional email may not be copied, reproduced, or otherwise distributed.

4.5. This promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, or special offers, except for The Bicester Collection "Private Sale" event. Receipts used for this offer cannot be reused for other loyalty programme claims.

4.6. The benefits provided by this promotional offer cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.7. Value Retail reserves the right to cancel or withdraw this promotional offer at any time.

4.8. Value Retail accepts no liability for any financial loss incurred by any Member arising from the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of this offer, or from the Member's failure or inability to take advantage of it.
