How to claim your offer

  1. To redeem your 10% saving, simply download your VIP Pass by selecting the relevant Village you wish to visit below, add the QR code to your eWallet and present it in participating boutiques and restaurants.

  2. To redeem 15% off eligible Shopping packages, use the link provided and quote the promotional code ‘COSMCARD813’ at the point of purchase.

  3. To book Hands-free Shopping, reserved parking and access to The Apartment, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below and include an image of your First Abu Dhabi Bank credit card with your card number obscured.
