An unmissable event for food lovers: a dinner dedicated to Parmigiano Reggiano, accompanied by a selection of prestigious wines such as Champagne and Amarone, chosen to enhance every nuance of this iconic cheese.

Special guest: Chef Giancarlo Morelli, resident chef at Hotel VIU in Milan. The Michelin-starred chef will share his vision of cuisine and his connection with Parmigiano Reggiano in an engaging and passionate story.
