Special guest: Chef Giancarlo Morelli, resident chef at Hotel VIU in Milan. The Michelin-starred chef will share his vision of cuisine and his connection with Parmigiano Reggiano in an engaging and passionate story.

Guided tasting with a Consortium expert:

A sensory journey through different maturations, aromas, and textures, led by an official taster from the Consorzio del Parmigiano Reggiano.
