Between art, light and silence: Fidenza Village creates an exclusive yoga experience for its community

Fidenza, May 2026 – Some experiences go beyond movement, beyond place. Moments designed to be lived slowly, in connection with the surrounding space and with oneself. This vision inspired the yoga experience organised by Fidenza Village for its community to mark the International Day of Light, set against the backdrop of Castello di San Pietro in Cerro.

In the tranquillity of the Emilian countryside, surrounded by the fifteenth-century walls of the castle and its ongoing dialogue with contemporary art, the Fidenza Village community came together for a practice led by Giada Campanella, founder of the Nāḍī Yoga method.

The experience was built around the theme of light, which accompanied every stage of the session, from the opening breathwork to the final release. Combining āsana, pranayama and moments of deep awareness, the practice unfolded as a progressive journey in which each posture became a space for connection and mindfulness.

Led by Giada Campanella and inspired by Ashtanga and Hatha Raja Yoga, the session culminated in a moment of sound healing and yoga nidra. The vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls accompanied participants into a state of deep relaxation, suspended between wakefulness and sleep, amplifying the dialogue between the practice and its setting.

The experience continued with brunch in the castle, followed by a private visit to its collections, from works at the MiM Museum in Motion to certified reproductions of the Xi’an Warriors, which make the location unique within the Italian cultural landscape.

Designed to create connections between people, places and different forms of expression, the immersive journey then naturally extended to Fidenza Village, where participants continued their day exploring the boutiques and enjoying dedicated moments.

More than simply an event, the experience reflects a contemporary way of enjoying Fidenza Village: not only as a shopping destination, but as a meeting place for a community seeking authentic, thoughtfully curated and memorable moments.
