FIDENZA VILLAGE HANDS-FREE SHOPPING

Dear Guest, we are glad to assist you with Hands-Free Shopping (‘HFS’), to enable you to shop at brands present at Fidenza Village and collect all your purchases at the end of your visit to Fidenza Village. Allow us to point out some organisational rules for this service:

  1. Collect your HFS wallet at Fidenza Village Concierge with a valid identification (national ID Card) and

a. a Partner Membership Card (being a corporate partner of The Bicester Collection, details of which are set out at https / Registrati I Fidenza Village • Fidenza Village);

b. your invitation; or

c. your booking or

d. a registration form completed at Fidenza Village Concierge.

Redemption Process

  1. With HFS registration you can ask participating brands (list available at the Fidenza Village Concierge) to place your purchases with this brand in a sealed security shopping bag. You can access your purchases during your visit by contacting the brand’s shop assistant/Fidenza Village Concierge who can remove and reseal at your sole responsibility.

  2. Collect your purchases on the same day of your visit at the Guest Concierge by presenting your HFS registration, photographic identification and receipts for the purchases at the latest 30 minutes before Fidenza Village closing time. We cannot guarantee that you purchase will be immediately available, a short waiting time can be applicable. You can always call Fidenza Village Concierge in advance thus minimizing waiting times.

General

  1. As of 30 minutes before closing time of the Village, HFS services can no longer be guaranteed.

  2. You must collect your purchases on the same day the purchases are made.

  3. Fidenza Village will only be responsible for loss or damage to your purchases that are due to the demonstrated fault of Fidenza Village and are notified upon collecting your purchases from the Fidenza Village Concierge. Fidenza Village will not accept any liability for losses or damages caused that have not been reported by you before you leave Fidenza Village on the day you make the relevant purchases OR on collection of your purchases.
