To claim your Skywards Miles, simply present your shopping receipts and your Emirates Skywards membership card at The Concierge at the end of your day. Or claim digitally using our airmiles e-redemption service.

You can also earn Skywards Miles with our Virtual Shopping service. Shop your favourite brands at a time and from a place that suits you and we’ll deliver your pieces directly to your door.

To claim your Skywards Miles digitally, email the Village at IatComuneDiFidenza@FidenzaVillage.com and include the following:

• Images of your purchase receipts with the date and amount clearly visible;

• Image of your Emirates Skywards membership card or a screenshot of the digital Emirates Skywards membership card which clearly shows your membership number.

Once the miles have been credited, you’ll receive an email confirmation within 48 hours.

Please keep your purchase receipts. If you need to claim missing miles, email IatComuneDiFidenza@FidenzaVillage.com or call +39 0521 335556 and confirm the date of your visit and amount missing. If shopping virtually, request an image of the receipt from the boutique assistant via WhatsApp. Receipts will also be included with your packages. Miles will only be credited for purchases of €20 and more and rounded up to the nearest €0.50. Check payment options and delivery costs/methods with participating boutiques.
