• What is a Personal Shopper?

  At Fidenza Village, a Personal Shopper is your dedicated fashion expert. They know every boutique inside-out and use that insider knowledge to hand-pick pieces and outfits designed to help you feel your best. Book an appointment in our private space to discover looks created just for you or have them accompany you around the Village boutiques.

• How much does a Personal Shopping appointment cost?

  Appointments are complimentary and available to all guests.

• Where will my appointment take place?

  Sit back and relax in the Village’s Personal Shopping suites, located in The Apartment. If you prefer, your appointment can also take place directly in the Village's boutiques on request.

• How does an appointment work?

  When you contact our Personal Shopper, they’ll reach out within 48 hours to learn more about your needs. Based on your request, they’ll curate an edit for you to review together during your appointment. If you wish to purchase anything, our Personal Shopper can arrange payment via a single, authorised pay link – even if you’re shopping from multiple brands.

• Can I have my items delivered internationally?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery for purchases made during your appointment. However, speak to a member of the team if you would like to arrange a courier delivery service yourself. We will do our best to coordinate your items for collection from The Apartment. Additional terms and conditions may apply and will be notified to you if applicable.

• How do I book an appointment?

  It couldn’t be easier. Contact us via email and a member of the team will get back to you within 48 hours.

• Can I collect membership points during a Personal Shopping appointment?

  Yes. When you make a purchase, scan your membership code at the till point to redeem your stars.

• Can I book a weekend appointment?

  We are pleased to offer weekend appointments. However, these are in high demand and reserved quickly. When contacting our Personal Shopper, do let them know if you’d like to book a weekend appointment and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
