Pioneering quality wine by the glass, ELY WINE BAR opened its doors in December 1999 offering 100 wines by the glass, including champagnes, sherries, and ports. 20 years ago, ELY was serving stunning cheeses and charcuterie, perfect for sharing and known as the ELY Charger, as popular as ever today. Food provenance was as important as the wine with our organic beef and pork coming from our own farm, and the lamb from our neighbours. Today we work very closely with our suppliers to help us find great, fresh Irish produce.
