KILDARE VILLAGE FATHERS DAY AA CAR SERVICE SCAN & WIN COMPETITION 18 - 21 JUNE 2026

VALUE RETAIL MANAGEMENT IRELAND LIMITED COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families or agents, or any staff of the boutiques located at Kildare Village or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
  2. To qualify for an entry you must: (a) be a member of Kildare Village Membership, (b) Scan your Kildare Village Membership at Kildare Village three or more times (c) follow the link to enter from your email or membership dashboard (d) answer the question on the form correctly all before the time period specified in condition 3 (the “Correct Entry Mechanism”). Only one entry per person is permitted.
  3. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 18 June 2026. The closing date of the competition is 23:59 on 21 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  5. Winners will be chosen from amongst those participants who have fulfilled the Correct Entry Mechanism by a computerised process on 22 June 2026 (the "Selection Date").
  6. The prize is as follows:

• 1 x complimentary full car service provided by AA Ireland, up to a maximum value of €500 inclusive of VAT. 7. Winner will be notified via email (to the email address provided through the entry form) and winner will be notified upon contact on the steps to claim their prize. 8. The winner’s prize will be forfeited after two working days if they have not responded following the first contact email by the Promoter to contact that winner, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts the Promoter via Email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on request. 13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.tbvsc.com/kildare-village/en/legal/village-privacy-notice. 16. The promoter shall be in no way liable to any participants for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by any participants as a result of their participating in the competition and participants shall indemnify the promotor in this regard. 17. The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. 18. The Promoter of this competition is Value Retail Management Ireland Limited, 1B Kildare Village, Nurney Road, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare.

Additional terms and conditions from supplier

  1. The prize consists of one (1) complimentary full car service provided by AA Ireland, up to a maximum value of €500 inclusive of VAT.
  2. The prize must be redeemed exclusively at one of the following participating AA Ireland Approved Service Centres:

• Dublin • Cork • Limerick • Newbridge 3. The prize cannot be redeemed at any non-participating garage, third-party repair centre, or any other AA Ireland location outside of the service centres listed above. 4. The prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date the winner is notified by Kildare Village. Any unused prize after the expiry date will be deemed invalid and no extension will be provided. 5. Advance booking is required and all services are subject to appointment availability. 6. The prize covers the cost of a standard full car service only, up to a maximum value of €500. Any additional repair work, replacement parts, diagnostics, or services outside the scope of the full service requested by the customer will be chargeable separately. 7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or alternative services. 8. AA Ireland reserves the right to refuse redemption where misuse of the promotion is suspected. 9. AA Ireland reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary. 10. The promoter is AA Ireland, 3rd floor, 80 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 F449 11. Neither the Promoter or participating competition partners below take any responsibility with regards to personal damage, loss or damage to a voucher, loss of property, injury, server/website issues, network restrictions, undeliverable emails or disappointment or other unforeseen events in association with the voucher offer. This also includes any personal complication in relation to the offer and neither shall be liable if the offer is cancelled, postponed or rescheduled for any reason. 12. The Promotor and participating offer partners reserve the right to disqualify participants and cancel vouchers if it is unveiled that any rules or regulations regarding the voucher scheme have been infringed. 13. The participating partner reserve the right to refuse and/or eject any customer and/or their guest from their premises for any reason and at their sole and absolute discretion
