Rewards will be made in the form of Kildare Village Gift Cards and no cash alternative is available.

A maximum total reward of €2,500 per hotel for the Offer Period shall apply Gift Card terms and conditions apply (link to hosted version of Gift Card terms). No rewards will be payable if no eVIP Pass Redemptions have occurred.

Guests must download an eVIP Pass via the hotel’s dedicated link and must scan it when making a purchase at Kildare Village in order for a redemption to be tracked and logged.

This offer is available from 18 December until 31 January 2023 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

At the end of the offer period, Value Retail will calculate all eVIP Pass Redemptions for your hotel and determine the amount of the reward.

If eVIP Pass Redemptions have occurred, Value Retail will then issue: (1) Kildare Village Gift Cards to the value stipulated in this invitation for each eVIP Pass Redemption.

eVIP Pass Redemptions cannot be carried forward from a previous month. All Gift Card will be issued to the hotel, not directly to individuals, and it is for the General Manager to decide how these are distributed.

Gift Card will be valid for a period of 60 months from issue.

Any guest who presents a valid Kildare Village eVIP Pass outside of the Offer Period will still be entitled to the Kildare Village eVIP Pass benefits (where available), but the hotel will not be entitled to make redemptions outside of the Offer Period this offer.

This offer replaces any previous offers.

Value Retail reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel this offer for any reason, at any time, without giving prior notice.

Value Retail will not be liable for any financial loss arising out of refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the offer, or an failure or inability of a participant to take advantage of this offer. Can I insert a cap per hotel e.g. €2,500 maximum value of Gift Cards?

Value Retail reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions where it is necessary to do so at any time, without prior notice.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

This offer is only available for participating partner hotels.

The hotel/hotel employees are responsible for ensuring they pay tax on any taxable incentives and rewards.
