KILDARE VILLAGE LUGGAGE DROP

The following terms and conditions shall apply to Guests who use luggage drop services at Kildare Village (“you/ your”).

__Luggage Drop __

  1. “Luggage Drop” is a service which enables you to leave your luggage in a secure area while enjoying shopping at Kildare Village.

  2. To utilise the Luggage Drop service, you must visit the Guest Services area at Kildare Village with, where required by Kildare Village, photographic identification and register for the Luggage Drop service. The Luggage Drop service is always subject to availability.

  3. Guest Services will store your luggage in a secure area and provide a luggage tag to you, which you must present on collection when you have finished shopping.

  4. You must contact 087 1474302 no later than 30 minutes before you would like to leave Kildare Village, and the Guest Services will do their best to ensure luggage is available for your intended collection time.

  5. To collect left luggage, you must present your luggage tag/key fob together, where required by Kildare Village, with your photographic identification to Kildare Village Guest Services.

  6. Luggage must be collected no later than 30 minutes before Kildare Village closing time. If luggage is not collected by this time, Kildare Village will treat it as lost property and pass it on to the Kildare Village secure storage area. Lost property will be kept for 3 months, after which it will be discarded. To collect lost property, you should contact 087 1474302.

  7. If luggage is collected by a third party on your behalf, the collector must produce a signed form of authority from you together with photographic identification.

  8. On collection of your luggage, you must inspect the luggage and notify Village Guest Services of any issues prior to your departure from Kildare Village. Kildare Village is not responsible for any problems notified to Kildare Village after your departure.

  9. The Luggage Drop service is available 30 minutes after village opening and 30 minutes before village closing 7 days a week.

  10. You acknowledge and agree that in respect of luggage left with the Luggage Drop service:

a. the aggregate value of all items and contents deposited for storage does not exceed €25,000;

b. Kildare Village does not accept any liability for items exceeding €25,000;

c. the bags, cases and other luggage containers are in sound condition and fit for purpose;

d. neither the luggage nor the contents are dangerous, harmful, or of a perishable or fragile nature, and all items must be suitable for storage at ambient temperature ; And

e. Kildare Village and its associated companies are not liable in case of theft or damage to your luggage, except in case of demonstrated fault.

  1. You will be responsible for paying a replacement charge of €10 for any lost and/or damaged luggage tags/ key fobs.

Data Protection

  1. Value Retail Management Ireland Limited, the managing company of Kildare Village, processes your personal data for the purpose of registering you for the Luggage Drop service and managing the service during your visit to Kildare Village.
