KILDARE VILLAGE BEAUTY STARS SCAN & WIN COMPETITION 11 and 12 APRIL 2026

VALUE RETAIL MANAGEMENT IRELAND LIMITED COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The competition is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter or its associated companies, their families, any staff of the boutiques located at Kildare Village, or any third party directly associated with administration of the competition.
  2. To qualify for an entry you must: (a) be a member of Kildare Village Membership, (b) Scan your membership 2 times in qualifying Village boutiques listed herein (c) follow the link to enter from your email, push notification or membership dashboard (d) enter the question on the form correctly all before the time period specified in condition 3 (the “Correct Entry Mechanism”). The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
  3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. The opening date for entries is 09:00 on 11 April 2026. The closing date of the competition is 23:59 on 12 April 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. Winner will be chosen from amongst those participants who have fulfilled the Correct Entry Mechanism by a computerised process by 21 April 2026 (the "Selection Date")

The prizes are as follows: • 1 x ultimate beauty bundle worth over €500 RRP. Winner will be notified via email (to the email address provided through entry form) before 17:00 on 21 April 2026 and winner must provide their surname, telephone number, email address and postal address to claim their prize. 9. The winner's prize will be forfeited after two working days if they have not responded following the first contact email by the Promoter to contact that winner, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 10. Winner will receive their prize as physical gift via registered post. 11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 14. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts the Promoter via Email within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter via email (Membership@KildareVillage.com). In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland on request. 15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 16. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 17. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy at https://www.tbvsc.com/kildare- village/en/legal/village-privacy-notice. 18. The promoter shall be in no way liable to any participants for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered by any participants as a result of their participating in the competition or winning a prize and participants shall indemnify the promoter in this regard. 19. The competition will be governed by Irish law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. 20.
