How it works

1. Booking

   Pre-book online through our website or app. Alternatively, you can book upon arrival at Concierge Services or Guest Services.

2. Check-in and shop

   Visit either Guest Concierge, Guest Services or one of our In-Village Hosts who will be able to check in those who have pre-booked or they will take you through the simple registration process. Simply scan your membership code in the app at the checkout in the boutiques. Your bags will be labelled, scanned and sealed.

3. Collect

   When you're ready you can collect your shopping from your chosen collection point. Your bags are scanned and removed from our dedicated Hands-free shopping bags and presented as they were in the boutique.
