Your day begins at Concierge, where a warm welcome and your scannable code are waiting. Pick up a map of the Village, ask any questions, and let our team point you in the right direction — so you can set off with everything you need and nothing to carry.
Nothing to carry, everything to enjoy
Wander from boutique to boutique with nothing to hold you back. Linger over lunch, pause for coffee, and take in every moment in complete comfort — we'll carry your bags, so you don't have to.
How it works
Booking
Pre-book online through our website or app. Alternatively, you can book upon arrival at Concierge Services or Guest Services.
Check-in and shop
Visit either Guest Concierge, Guest Services or one of our In-Village Hosts who will be able to check in those who have pre-booked or they will take you through the simple registration process. Simply scan your membership code in the app at the checkout in the boutiques. Your bags will be labelled, scanned and sealed.
Collect
When you're ready you can collect your shopping from your chosen collection point. Your bags are scanned and removed from our dedicated Hands-free shopping bags and presented as they were in the boutique.
We'll be waiting
Take all the time you wish — no limits, no counting bags. When your day draws to a close, return to Concierge and find everything gathered in one place, ready and waiting.
