Our Story
Coming from a strong family business background, Ruth Liddle began her career in the Irish art industry with a degree from NCAD.
With over 20 years’ experience in the Irish art & retail business Ruth established GardenSculptures.ie in 2013 to offer & expose Irish made sculptures to both the garden lover & those working in the industry.
Ken Folan is best known for his numerous, successful large scale outdoor “Vanishing Art” exhibitions set throughout the grounds of Carton House, Maynooth, Co Kildare.
The resounding success of these exhibitions along with numerous medals won at Bloom for The Garden of Sculptures, led to Ruth & Ken collaborating in 2015 & opening The Kildare Gallery on the beautiful grounds of Carton House Hotel.
Since opening in 2015 the gallery has gone from strength to strength & is now the leading supplier of garden & outdoor art in Ireland. Annually they can be seen at Irelands Largest Garden Festival “Bloom in the Phoenix Park”, Summer shows at the beautiful Montenotte Hotel Cork & Irelands leading luxury shopping destination, Kildare Village.
