How to claim your offer
To redeem your saving, collect your VIP Pass upon arrival at your chosen Village by presenting your boarding pass at Concierge Services.
To redeem Hands-free Shopping, present your VIP Pass at Concierge Services upon arrival at the Village.
To book your access to the private suite and your Personal Shopping appointment, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below.
