How to claim your offer

To redeem your 10% saving, register or login to Village Membership account, present your EVIP pass from the dashboard at participating boutiques and restaurants.
To book Hands-free Shopping, Personal Stylist appointment and access to The Apartment, email the Village you plan to visit at least 48 hours in advance using the Guest Services email addresses below and include an image of your Classic Plus/Elite/Elite Plus membership card with your card number obscured.
