GIVEAWAY OF A MAJE M BAG, WORTH A GIVEN A VALUE, FOR LA ROCA VILLAGE INSTAGRAM FOLLOWERS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE GIVEAWAY, WHICH WILL BE HELD ON LA ROCA VILLAGE'S INSTAGRAM PROFILE:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village”), the entity that manages, among other things, the La Roca Village outlet center. The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer details below the rules governing the giveaway (the “Rules” and the “Giveaway,” respectively), which are exclusively for those who meet the participation requirements indicated below:

  • Follow La Roca Village's Instagram account @larocavillage (the “Account”).

  • Once followed, or if the participant was already a follower, access the Instagram post (the “Post”) that the Organizer will have published on the Account.

  • Like the Post and add at least one (1) comment, mentioning at least two (2) people in the same comment.

  • Participants must join the Membership program if they are not already members.

  1. The entry period for the Sweepstakes will begin on April 20, 2026, upon its publication on the Account, and will end on April 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after these dates will not be considered.

  2. A single Sweepstakes will be held on April 28, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and the winner will be announced the following day on the same Account. There will be only one winner for this single Sweepstakes.

  3. Participation in the Sweepstakes is free. Only one entry per person is allowed.

  4. The prize to be raffled will be one (1) Maje brand product valued at €178 in total (the “Prize”):

The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value, alternative prizes, or prizes of lesser value. The Prize consists of and is as described in the preceding paragraph and does not extend to any other item not expressly specified. The following exclusions are listed as examples and are not exhaustive:

  • Per diem;

  • Travel expenses;

  • Fees and taxes, including those related to the prizes and the tourist tax.

  1. The Draw will be conducted as follows:

a. The winner will be chosen randomly through the random.org platform. Another participant will also be selected as an alternate.

b. On the day of the Draw, the winner will receive a direct message from Instagram (on the user account used to participate), confirming their win. The winner must reply to this message within 30 calendar days, providing their contact information (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, national identity document number, and email address).

c. In the event of the winner's express withdrawal or if no response is received from them within the specified timeframe, the winner will automatically forfeit their right to the Prize, and the Organizer will have the right to select the alternate participant as the new winner. The alternate participant will be contacted following the procedure outlined above and will be granted a new period of 30 calendar days to respond, as indicated in section c). If no communication is received from the alternate participant, the Prize will be forfeited, without any right to compensation.

  1. Prize Collection Period: The deadline for the physical collection of prizes at the La Roca Village Customer Service Point will be from April 28, 2026, to June 1, 2026, at the latest. After this period, the winner—whether the original winner or the alternate in the cases described above—will forfeit their right to the Prize, and it will be forfeited, without the winner being entitled to any compensation. The winner must prove their identity by showing their National Identity Document (DNI), Passport, and/or Driver's License to the staff at the La Roca Village Customer Service Point. The winner must sign the prize receipt at that same location. Under no circumstances will the prize be sent by any means; it must be collected physically and in person at the indicated location.

  2. The following persons are expressly prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes and, therefore, may not participate:

  • Minors under 18 years of age;

  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, or any other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection concept, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as the children and immediate family members of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is declared the winner, the Organizer may disqualify the offending participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failing to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, and to that end, the Organizer reserves the right to initiate any legal action it deems appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights it may have.

In that event, the winner of the Draw will be the alternate.

In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Draw.

  1. The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software malfunction, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  2. Participation in the Sweepstakes, under the terms and conditions set forth herein, implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants acknowledge that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and expressly accept their entire content without reservation or limitation.   1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this Sweepstakes at any time, and undertakes to communicate any new Terms and Conditions, or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if, due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, the La Roca Village outlet center has to be closed to the public and the Sweepstakes cannot be held, participants may not make any claim against the Organizer.

  2. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding the Prize awarded to the winner of this Draw.

  3. In compliance with applicable legislation, the Organizer will withhold the corresponding Personal Income Tax from the Prize winner and declare the Prize awarded on the appropriate tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer will be exempt from any liability.

  4. The Draw winner accepts and authorizes the publication of their name and/or image on the Organizer's website and social media, at the time the winner is announced and/or when the Prize is awarded, if the Organizer deems it appropriate, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet (internal or external) that the Organizer may use or contract to announce the results of the Draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to participate, to a reasonable extent, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.

  5. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of Catalonia. Therefore, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 15/1984, of March 20, on gambling, and Decree 240/2004, of March 30, which approves the catalog of authorized games and bets in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and, subsidiarily, by any applicable Spanish law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Terms and Conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Draw, with the forfeiture of any corresponding Prize.

  6. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona and their higher courts.
