DELIVERY OF GIFTS TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING AT LEAST ONE (1) PURCHASE ON ANY DAY WITHIN THE PERIOD BETWEEN JULY 23, 2026 AND WHICHEVER OCCURS EARLIER THAN THE FOLLOWING: (I) AUGUST 16, 2026; OR (II) WHILE SUPPLIES LAST, AT ANY LA ROCA VILLAGE STORE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO ALL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY INDICATED:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages the La Roca Village center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organizer details below the rules governing the delivery of gifts (the “Rules” and the “Promotion”), addressed exclusively to Membership members who are registered in the Membership program and whose registration details include one of the following postal codes: 08100, 08105, 08106, 08107, 08120, 08140, 08150, 08160, 08170, 08182, 08183, 08185, 08186, 08187, 08188, 08189, 08400, 08401, 08402, 08403, 08410, 08415, 08416, 08420, 08430, 08440, 08445, 08450, 08455, 08458, 08459, 08460, 08461, 08470, 08471, 08474, 08480, 08520, 08530, 08590, 08591, 08593, 08301, 08304, 08320, 08310, 08330, 08338, 08339, 08340, 08349 (from all levels) and who make at least one (1) transaction or purchase in the Village, that is, in one (1) establishment or boutique of the Village, within the period from July 23, 2026 until the earliest of the the following: (i) August 16, 2026; or (ii) while stocks last (the “Term”). Purchases may be made at any of the Village's stores or boutiques except for the restaurants and/or cafes.

3.To participate and be eligible for any of the prizes listed, Membership members must:

  • Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making any of the aforementioned purchases.
  • Scan all purchases made on a single day, any day within the Promotion Period. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.
  • If registered with Membership, have given or consent at this time to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without this authorization, the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if registered with Membership.

Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email on the same day confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they have been awarded one of the prizes listed below. 4. Once the conditions indicated in the previous point have been met, the eligible members will automatically be entitled to receive the prize indicated below (the “Prize” or “Prizes”): Prize Units Value (€) Brand / establishment Collection or reservation location / method 800 Pack Rituals €36 Ritual Concierge Services To collect the Prize, the Membership member must show, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email address indicated in the previous point, to the staff at the establishment or collection location indicated above. 5. The corresponding Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value. 6. The Prizes do not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Per diem;
  • Transfers;
  • Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.
  1. Collection Deadline: The deadline for collecting the Prizes will be the same day the purchases are made and the email indicated in the previous points is received, up to a limit of thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. After this deadline, the winning Membership member will forfeit their right to the Prize, which will be considered unclaimed, without the participant being entitled to any compensation.
  2. Only one entry per person is allowed during the Promotion Period, and each winning member will be entitled to only one (1) Prize, while supplies last.
  3. The following persons are ineligible to participate in this Promotion and, therefore, cannot be beneficiaries:
  • Minors under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection brand, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as the children and immediate family members of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph becomes a beneficiary, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, which reserves the right to initiate any legal action it deems appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights to which it may be entitled. In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice in the promotion and development of the Promotion. 10. The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to it, that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure. 11. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prizes – or any of them – with one or more alternative prizes of equivalent – ​​or even greater – value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control. 12. Mere participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservations or limitations. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of the Promotion at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control, or if the Village has to be closed to the public and, therefore, the Promotion cannot be carried out, the participant may not make any claim against the Organizer. 14. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding Prizes awarded or granted by Village establishments and not directly by the Organizer. In any case, it is expressly stated that the Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, freely defined by the participating establishments. Please note that failure to claim the Prize within the designated collection period, in a timely and/or proper manner, may result in the loss of the opportunity to enjoy the corresponding Prize, without Value Retail or the participating establishment being liable for this. The Prize will be available while supplies last and, in any case, until August 31, 2026, whichever comes first. 15. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax to the recipient of each Prize and will declare the Prize awarded on the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner/beneficiary, and the Organizer will be relieved of any liability in this regard. 16. Winners agree and authorize the publication of their name and/or image while receiving their Prizes on the Organizer's website and social media, if the Organizer deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet (internal or external) that the Organizer may use or contract, in order to inform and publicize the results of the Promotion. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Winners agree to participate, to a reasonable extent, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request. 17. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Promotion extends to the territory of Catalonia. Therefore, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 15/1984, of March 20, on gambling, and Decree 240/2004, of March 30, which approves the catalog of authorized games and bets in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and, subsidiarily, by any applicable Spanish law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Terms and Conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Promotion, with the loss of any Prize. 18. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona. 19.
