Membership members will receive gifts for making at least three (3) purchases on a single day, any day between May 28 and 30, 2026, at different establishments within La Roca Village.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all members under the circumstances expressly stated:
The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village”), the entity that manages the La Roca Village center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office in La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Spain. 08430 (Barcelona).
The Organizer details below the rules governing the awarding of gifts (the “Rules” and the “Promotion”), exclusively for Membership members (of all levels) who make at least three (3) purchases on the same day at different establishments within the Village. The Promotion period will run from May 28 to 30, 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
To participate and be eligible for any of the prizes listed, Membership members must:
Scan all their purchases made on the same day, any day within the Promotion Period. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.
Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making any of these purchases.
Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email that same day confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that, therefore, they have been awarded one of the prizes listed below.
Having met the conditions indicated in the previous point, the lucky winners will automatically be entitled to receive one of the prizes listed below (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”):

To collect the Prize, the Membership member must present, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email address indicated in the previous point, to the staff at the establishment or collection location specified above.
The corresponding Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for its cash value, or for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.
The Prizes do not cover any other expenses not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:
Meal allowances;
Transfers;
Fees and taxes, including those related to the Prize and the tourist tax.
Collection Deadline: The deadline for collecting, or reserving, the Prizes will be the same day the purchases are made and the email address indicated in the previous points is received, up to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. After the collection period has expired, the winning Membership member will forfeit their right to the Prize, and it will be considered unclaimed, without any right to compensation.
Only one entry per person is allowed during the Promotion Period, and there will be only one (1) winner for each Prize.
The following individuals are ineligible to participate in this Promotion and, therefore, cannot be winners:
Individuals under 18 years of age;
Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection concept, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators involved in its development, as well as their children and immediate family members.
If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for failure to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to initiate any legal action that may be appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights to which they may be entitled.
In any case, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Promotion.
The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to them that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize.
The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, meaning that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservations or limitations. The Terms and Conditions will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants, in the following languages, on the Organizer's website, specifically at the following link:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion's terms and conditions at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions, or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control, La Roca Village must be closed to the public and the Promotion cannot therefore take place, the participant may not make any claim against the Organizer.
The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding Prizes awarded or granted by Village establishments and not directly by the Organizer.
After the indicated collection (and, where applicable, redemption) period has expired, Customers will forfeit their right to the corresponding Prize, without being able to make any claim against the Partner and/or the Organizer.
In cases where the Prize consists of an experience* provided by a Partner, the maximum period for enjoying the Prize will be freely defined by the Partner, with the Organizer having no involvement in this matter. This period will be indicated on the voucher provided by our Concierge Services team.
In any case, it is expressly stated that the Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, freely defined by the Partners. Therefore, the Organizer cannot provide any guarantees regarding the Prizes. Furthermore, please note that depending on the nature of each Prize, they may be subject to availability and/or prior reservation. In the case of a prior reservation, it will be the Customer's responsibility to make it. Please note that failure to make a reservation within the Prize redemption period, in a timely manner, may result in the loss of the opportunity to enjoy the corresponding Prize, without ValueRetail or the Partner being liable for this. Furthermore, some Prizes may be available while supplies last.
The Prizes may not be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for their cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.
In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax from the winner of each Prize and will declare the Prize awarded on the corresponding tax forms. Any tax implications of receiving the Prize on the winner's tax situation will be the sole responsibility of the winner, and the Organizer will be relieved of any liability in this regard.
The winners accept and authorize the publication of their name and/or image while receiving their Prizes on the Organizer's website and social media, if the Organizer so deems, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media outlet that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicize the results of the Promotion. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to participate, on reasonable terms, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.
For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Promotion extends to the territory of Catalonia. Thus, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 15/1984, of March 20, on gambling, and Decree 240/2004, of March 30, which approves the catalog of authorized games and bets in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and, subsidiarily, by any applicable Spanish law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Terms and Conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Promotion, with the loss of any Prize.
Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
