GIFT CARD DRAW FOR NEW MEMBERS REGISTERED WITH MEMBERSHIP ON 17 SEPTEMBER 2024

1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the ‘Organiser’), the entity that manages the outlet centres La Roca Vilalge and Las Rozas Village (the ‘Village’). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village , La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the ‘Rules’ and the ‘Prize Draw’ respectively), which are intended exclusively for members of Membership who register as such on 17 September, on the occasion of the ‘HOLA Barcelona’ event (the ‘Event’). Specifically, during the Event, invitations will be distributed to attendees who wish to register or register as Members. Registration will enable the Organiser to identify the registered attendees of the Event, who will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. As this will be notified during the Event, registration will imply automatic participation for this particular Prize Draw, with no further confirmation or action required from entrants.
3. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.
4. The prize will consist of two gift cards (‘Gift Cards’ or, individually, ‘Gift Card’) each worth two hundred (200) Euros (the ‘Prize’). Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Prize Draw and there will be one (1) winner per Prize, i.e. a total of two (2) winners. In other words, each Gift Card will have its own winner and there will be no possibility of cumulative prizes for the same winner. Each Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions as reflected on or accessible from each Gift Card.
5. Winners will be chosen at random via the random.org platform. Each winner will receive an email notification confirming that he/she is the winner of the Prize Draw, to which he/she must reply with his/her contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number and email address) and will be informed by the Organiser of the place of collection. The deadline for replying to the email and providing your details will be five (5) calendar days from the sending of the notification by the Organiser. If no reply is received or if the winner expressly renounces, the Prize corresponding to the winner who has not replied or renounced will not be awarded.
6. The Prize may not be, in whole or in part, transferable or exchangeable for its cash value, or for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.
7. The Prize does not extend to any other item not expressly specified, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

• Per diems;
• Transfers;
• Fees and taxes, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.

8. Collection period: The maximum period for the physical collection of the Prize will be until 31 December 2024. After this date, the winner will lose his/her right to the Prize and it will be considered void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. Each winner must prove their identity by showing their ID card, passport and/or driving licence to the Concierge Services staff at the Roca Village. Each winner will be required to sign the letter of receipt of the Prize at the same location. The Gift Card will be activated at the time of collection by each winner and will be valid for twelve (12) months thereafter. Once this period has expired, the Gift Card will expire and the winner will not be able to use the Gift Card, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Gift Card.
9. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes and are therefore not eligible to be winners:

• Persons under 18 years of age;
• Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, other companies in the group of companies that apply The Bicester Collection concept, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the promotion, as well as their children and direct family members.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not complying with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to initiate any actions that may correspond to it in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In that case, the Draw would be carried out again to choose a new winner. In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the bad practices of these, external to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes. 10. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure as well as for acts not directly attributable to the Organiser, which may prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of his/her prize. The Organiser accepts no liability whatsoever for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. 11. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. 12. Mere participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions of this prize draw at any time, undertaking to communicate the new terms and conditions or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if for reasons of force majeure, beyond the control of the Organiser, the Village(s) should be closed to the public and therefore the draw cannot take place, the participant will not be able to make any claim against the Organiser. 14. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser does not give any guarantees with regard to the Prize that the winner acquires in the Draw. 15. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, where applicable, the Organiser will make the withholding and payment on account corresponding to Personal Income Tax to the winner of the Prize, and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax forms. The fiscal repercussions that the winning of the Prize may have on the taxation of the winner/winner shall be for his/her account, and the Organiser shall be relieved of any responsibility. 16. The winners of the prize draw accept and authorise that the mention of their name and/or image collecting their prize may be published on the Organiser's website and social networks if the Organiser deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or communication media that the Organiser may use or contract (internal or external), in order to inform and publicise the result of the prize draw. This authorisation is given solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Each winner agrees to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent publicity initiatives that may be requested by the Organiser. 17. These Rules are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Prize Draw, with forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable. 18. The participants and the Organiser accept that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona. 19.
