DRAW FOR A DYSON AIRWRAP, A HELLY HANSEN COAT AND AN AIRE VALLROMANES EXPERIENCE BOX FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE A MINIMUM OF THREE (3) PURCHASES IN A SINGLE DAY AT LA ROCA VILLAGE
The following terms and conditions apply to all Membership members participating in this La Roca Village draw:
The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID number B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "La Roca Village" interchangeably), the entity that manages the La Roca Village centre (the "Village"). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered address at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).
The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the draw (the "Rules" and the "Draw", respectively), exclusively addressed to Membership members who make, in a single day, a minimum of three (3) purchases or transactions at the Village, i.e., at three (3) different establishments or boutiques within the Village. The participation period for the Draw will run from 13 to 29 January 2025 (the "Period").
To participate, Membership members must:
Scan their purchases made on the same day (any day within the Period) in any of the boutiques and dining establishments within the Village equipped with a scanner. Purchases made at "Starbucks" are excluded from this promotion. Non-scanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making these purchases. While registered with Membership, have provided consent (or provide it at that moment) to receive email communications from the Organiser. Please note that without this authorisation, the customer will not be able to participate, even if registered with Membership. Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore eligible to participate in the Draw. They must confirm their participation by clicking the specific option included in the email. Participation will only be confirmed once the customer expressly agrees to participate as outlined above. The Draw will take place once the Period has ended, specifically on 30 January 2025. The winners will be contacted directly on the same day via email, as specified in point “7” below.
Only one entry per person will be allowed in the Draw, and there will be a total of three (3) winners, i.e., one (1) winner per prize.
The prize will consist of a Dyson Airwrap, a Helly Hansen Coat, and an Aire Vallromanes Experience Box (the "Prize"). The value of each product is as follows:

The Organiser expressly states that it does not provide any warranties regarding the Prize or any of its components.
The winners will be selected randomly via the platform random.org. Winners will receive an email notification confirming that they have won the Draw. They must reply to the email providing their contact details (full name, address, phone number, ID card/passport number, and email address). The Organiser will then inform the winners about the Prize collection location. The response deadline for this email, including submission of contact details, is seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent. If no response is received or if the winner expressly declines the Prize, the unclaimed Prize will be forfeited.
The Prize cannot, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for an alternative prize, even of lower value.
The Prize does not cover any other expenses beyond those expressly specified. The following exclusions apply, but are not limited to:
Meals; Transport; Taxes and fees, including those related to the Prize and the tourist tax. Prize collection period: The maximum period for the physical collection of the Prize is until 31 March 2025. After this date, winners will lose their right to claim the Prize, which will be deemed forfeited without any right to compensation. Winners must verify their identity by presenting their ID card, passport, or driving licence to the Concierge Services staff at La Roca Village. Winners must also sign a receipt acknowledgment letter at the collection point.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win in this Draw: Individuals under the age of 18; Partners, executives, and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or other companies within The Bicester Collection group, as well as agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, and their children and immediate family members. If any of the above individuals is selected as a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and invalidate the Prize for failing to meet participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, who reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages and enforce any other applicable rights. In such a case, the Draw will be repeated to select a new winner.
The Organiser is not liable for fraudulent participation by third parties or their improper conduct, independent of the Organiser, during the promotion and execution of the Draw.
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for events of force majeure or acts beyond its direct control that may prevent winners from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organiser accepts no liability for incomplete participation due to technical failure, equipment or software issues, or any satellite, network, or server malfunction.
The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Participation in the Draw constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants confirm they have read, understood, and explicitly agree to the full content without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the Draw conditions at any time. Any changes, new Terms, or cancellation will be communicated. If the Village must close to the public due to force majeure, preventing the Draw from taking place, participants shall not have grounds for any claims against the Organiser.
In compliance with applicable legislation, if required, the Organiser will apply and withhold the relevant Personal Income Tax on behalf of the Prize winners and report the Prize awarded in the appropriate tax filings. Tax implications arising from receiving the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner, releasing the Organiser from any liability.
Draw winners agree and authorise the publication of their name and/or image collecting the Prize on the Organiser’s website and social media, as well as any other commercial, advertising, or communication medium used or contracted (internally or externally) by the Organiser to announce the Draw results. This authorisation is granted exclusively for this purpose, non-exclusively, and non-transferably. Winners agree to reasonably participate in subsequent promotional activities requested by the Organiser.
The territorial scope of the Draw is limited to Catalonia. These Terms are governed by Catalan Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming and Decree 240/2004 of 30 March, approving the catalogue of authorised games and betting in Catalonia and their planning criteria. Where applicable, the Spanish laws will apply subsidiarily. Non-compliance with any rules in these Terms will result in immediate disqualification and loss of the Prize.
Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes regarding the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona and its higher authorities.
