DRAW FOR A GIFT CARD WORTH UP TO €999 FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE AT LEAST FOUR (4) PURCHASES IN A SINGLE DAY AT LA ROCA VILLAGE

The following terms and conditions apply to all Membership members participating in this La Roca Village draw:

The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser" or "La Roca Village"), the entity managing La Roca Village (the "Village"). The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

The Organiser provides the following rules for the draw (the “Rules” and the “Draw,” respectively), exclusively directed at Membership members who make at least four (4) purchases or transactions in the Village on the same day, i.e., in four (4) different establishments or boutiques within the Village (the “Purchases”). The period to participate in the Draw is from 27 to 30 March 2025, both inclusive (the “Period”).

To participate, Membership members must:

Scan their purchases made on the same day (any day within the Period) at any of the boutiques and restaurants in the Village that have scanners. All establishments are included except “Starbucks,” which is excluded from this promotion. Unscanned purchases will not be counted under any circumstances. Be already registered in Membership or register at the time of making the purchases. If already registered in Membership, they must have consented to or provide consent at that time to receive communications via email from the Organiser. Without this consent, the customer will not be eligible to participate, even if they are registered in Membership. Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that they are therefore eligible to participate in the Draw. They must confirm their participation by clicking the option expressly included in the email for this purpose. Only after this confirmation will they be considered a participant. The Draw will take place after the Period ends, specifically on 31 March 2025 at 06:00pm.

The prize will consist of a gift card (“Gift Card”) whose value will match the Purchases made, up to a maximum of €999, which will therefore be the maximum value of the Gift Card (the “Prize”). Only one entry per person is allowed, and there will be one (1) winner of the Prize. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions as stated or accessible from the card itself.

The winner will be selected randomly through the platform random.org. The winner will receive an email notification confirming their win. They must respond with their contact details (full name, address, phone number, ID number, and email address) and will be informed of the prize collection location by the Organiser. The response period for the email, including the submission of details, is seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent. If no response is received, or if the winner expressly renounces the prize, it will be declared void.

The Prize cannot, in whole or in part, be transferred, redeemed for cash, or exchanged for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.

The Prize does not include any additional costs not explicitly specified. The following exclusions are illustrative and not exhaustive:

Meals; Transportation; Taxes and fees, including those derived from the Prize or tourist taxes. Collection period: The maximum period for collecting the Prize is until 30 April 2025. After this date, the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize, which will then be void without any compensation. The winner must prove their identity by presenting their ID, Passport, or Driver’s Licence to the Concierge Services staff at La Roca Village. They must also sign the prize receipt letter at the same location. The Gift Card will be activated upon collection and will remain valid for twelve (12) months from that date. After this validity period, it will expire, and the winner will not be able to use it, as per the Gift Card's terms and conditions.

Ineligibility: The following individuals cannot participate and, therefore, cannot win:

Minors under 18 years old; Partners, executives, and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, other companies in The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, and the children and immediate family members of all these individuals. If, for any reason, someone listed above is selected as the winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw or invalidate the Prize for failing to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud will be pursued by the Organiser, who reserves the right to take any necessary legal actions to claim damages and enforce its rights. In such cases, a new draw will be conducted to select a new winner. The organiser is not responsible for fraudulent participation by third parties or for any misconduct by third parties, who are independent of the organiser, in the promotion or the development of the draw.

The Organiser will not be liable for cases of force majeure or actions beyond its control that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their Prize. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for failed participation due to technical issues, computer equipment or software failures, or any satellite, network, or server issues.

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control.

By entering the draw, participants fully accept these Terms and Conditions, indicating they have read and understood them and accept them in their entirety, without reservations or limitations. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this draw at any time and will notify participants of the new Terms, conditions, or definitive cancellation if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Organiser's control the Village must be closed to the public and the draw cannot take place, participants will have no claim against the Organiser.

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organiser offers no guarantees regarding the Prize the winner will receive in the draw.

In compliance with applicable legislation, the Organiser will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax (IRPF) on behalf of the winner, and the Prize will be declared in the corresponding tax forms. The winner will be solely responsible for the tax implications of receiving the Prize, and the Organiser will not be liable for any responsibility.

The Winner of the Draw agrees and authorizes the Organiser to publish their name and/or image when collecting the Prize on the Organiser's website and social media channels, as well as in any commercial, advertising, or media outlets used or contracted by the Organiser (internal or external) to announce the result of the draw. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in any advertising initiatives the Organiser may request after the draw.

For the purposes of the applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Draw extends to the territory of Catalonia. Thus, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 15/1984 of 20 March on gaming, and Decree 240/2004 of 30 March, which approves the catalogue of authorised games and bets in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and, subsidiarily, by the Spanish law that is applicable. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set out in these Terms and Conditions by the participant will result in their immediate disqualification and exclusion from the Draw, with the loss of the Prize, if applicable.

Participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona city and their higher authorities.
