LA ROCA VILLAGE “HANDS FREE SHOPPING”

Dear guest, the “Hands Free Shopping” Service (“HFS” or the “Service”, indistinctly) is a shopping service that enables you to shop at brands present at La Roca Village (“Village”) and collect all your purchases at the end of your visit to the Village. The Service is subject to these terms and conditions, so please ensure that you have read and understood them.

Redemption process:

  1. You can book the Service prior to your visit by calling +34 628 12 58 91 or +34 900 101 551, or by clicking on the following ‘Plan My Visit’ link: Plan My Visit.

  2. Please note that, even if you book the Service by telephone, you must head to the Concierge Services area in the Village (or to any of our staff at your service and available at several points in the Village) upon your arrival at the Village to complete the contracting process.

  3. Alternatively, you can book the Service, on the same day you visit the Village, by going to the Concierge Services area in the Village or directly with our staff, who are at your disposal at different places / points in the Village. In addition, the ‘Plan My Visit’ portal offers you not only the possibility of booking, but also of contracting the Service. In this case, you will be able to formalise the HFS contract before visiting the Village and it will not be required to complete the process physically and in person at the Village. You will only have to visit us to collect your purchases at the end of your visit. If you prefer, you will find QR codes at your disposal at different points in the Village to contract the Service through the ‘Plan My Visit’ portal on the same day of your visit and while you enjoy your shopping day in the Village.

  4. This Service allows you to collect all your bags in one place at the end of your visit, thus offering you a more comfortable experience. Currently the Service is offered free of charge, but this condition can be modified. In that case, you will be informed prior to the Service commencement.

  5. To contract the Service, it will be necessary for you to provide us with certain personal data, which will be processed in accordance with what is stated below.

Service usage:

  1. Once you have contracted the HFS, you will receive your personal QR code by email. If you cannot receive the code by email for any reason, we will provide you with a printed version. This QR code will be generated exclusively for you, can you will be able to use it immediately upon reception and only on that same day.

  2. Each time you make a purchase at any of the boutiques offering HFS, you must present your QR code to the boutique staff. They will place your purchase in a security shopping bag. Please ensure that all your purchases have been placed in a security shopping bag by the boutique staff. The Concierge Services staff will be automatically informed that your purchase is ready and will collect it from the boutique as soon as possible.

  3. Please note that, for the purposes of the Service, the Village boutiques will only accept items purchased in their establishment on the same day of use of the Service and will not accept purchases made from other boutiques, even if they are within the same Village. Personal items or items purchased outside the Village will not be accepted, even if they are from the same brand. In none of the above cases will Value Retail assume any responsibility for the loss, damage or misplacement of such items.

  4. You must contact +34 628 12 58 91 or +34 900 101 551 at least thirty (30) minutes before you wish to leave the Village to enable the Concierge Services team to prepare your purchases for being collected. In case it has been expressly agreed in advance, you will be able to collect your purchases in any of the private spaces of the Village.

  5. Remember that, in order to contract and enjoy the Service and subsequently collect your purchases, you must present an identification document (ID card or passport), a personal phone number, and your personalized QR code to our staff, who will make them available to you so that you can verify that all bags remain sealed and in good condition.

General:

  1. Please note that collection times are not guaranteed as they do not depend solely on us, and therefore we cannot be held responsible if, despite our best efforts, the collection process is delayed. If you do not collect your purchases before the Village closes to the public, we will treat your purchases as lost property and, as such, we will hand them over to the Village Security team, applying the Lost Property policy, available at [LINK].

  2. You acknowledge and agree that some of the Village boutiques may not participate in HFS. You can contact the Concierge Services staff to get a list of the boutiques participating in the Service. Additionally, the following products are excluded from the HFS Service: food, beverages, jewellery, and watches.

  3. Each boutique will be responsible for your purchases during the time they remain in the boutique’s premises, meaning until they are collected by our staff. Once we collect them and in accordance with Value Retail's insurance coverage, Value Retail's liability for any loss or damage to purchases made by clients under the Service is limited to a maximum value of twenty-five thousand Euros (€25,000) per bag.

  4. In any case, Value Retail will only be responsible for the loss or damage to your purchases when such loss or damage is directly attributable to our actions and/or omissions due to gross negligence. Any loss or damage must be reported as soon as possible and in person at the Village's Concierge Services area. Therefore, we will not accept any liability for losses or damages caused that have not been reported by you before you leave the Village.

Personal Data Processing:

  1. By booking the Service, you guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. Your personal data (identification, contact, and transaction data – boutique, date, time, and value, without product details –) will be processed by Value Retail, for the purpose of registering you for HFS and managing the Service during your visit to the Village. Additionally, we may send you non-commercial communications to the contact details provided by you to confirm the reservation and communicate any topic related to the HFS.   2. Additionally, if you tick the box to receive information and invitation to our “Membership” program, we may use your contact details to send you the corresponding information, including by electronic means.

  3. These Ts&Cs are governed by Spanish law, and any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation or application of these Ts&Cs shall be submitted to the Courts that, where applicable, are determined by the legal regulations on competent jurisdiction.
