“BOUNCE BACK ON THE BIG THURSDAY OF JUNE 2026 AND STREET MARKETING” PROMOTION FOR LA ROCA VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LA ROCA VILLAGE PROMOTION:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village”), the entity that manages the “La Roca Village” outlet center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organizer details below the terms and conditions governing the promotion (the “Terms” and the “Promotion,” respectively), which are exclusively for Membership members who meet, either alternatively or cumulatively, any of the following requirements:

(i) having made at least four (4) transactions or purchases in the Village, that is, in four (4) different establishments or boutiques within the Village, on June 25, 2026 (the “Big Thursday”); and/or (ii) having registered as a new member in the La Roca Village Membership program through the links provided by the hosts located at various points in the city of Barcelona, ​​on June 16 and 17, 2026 (the “Street Marketing”).

For the purposes of these Terms, the period indicated in sections (i) and (ii) above shall be collectively referred to as the “Term.”

To participate, Membership members must:

  • Be previously registered with Membership
  • For participants accessing via (i) Big Thursday, they must have scanned their purchases made on June 25, 2026, at any of the Village's establishments. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

For participants accessing via (ii) Street Marketing, they must have validly registered as new members through the links provided by the hosts on June 16 and 17, 2026.

  • If registered with Membership, they must have given or currently give their consent to receive email communications from the Organizer. It is expressly stated that without this authorization, the customer will not be able to participate in the promotion, even if they are registered with Membership.

Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their participation has been successfully registered and that they are therefore entitled to benefit from the Promotion.

All Membership members who have met the requirements indicated in the points above within the Timeframe will be entitled to receive a Gift Card (as defined below).

Each participant will be entitled to a maximum of one (1) Gift Card, regardless of the number of: (a) participants who simultaneously meet the requirements of methods (i) and (ii) provided for in these Terms and Conditions; (b) the number of transactions or purchases made on June 25, 2026, above the minimum of four (4) required; and (c) the total amount spent during Big Thursday.

  1. Each eligible participant will receive a gift card (the “Gift Card”) worth thirty Euros (€30), redeemable at Village stores and boutiques according to the Gift Card's own terms and conditions. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions, which are displayed or accessible from this card.

  2. Collection Period: The Gift Card may be collected in person between July 6, 2026, and September 30, 2026, inclusive. After this date, the recipient will forfeit their right to the Gift Card, and it will be considered unclaimed, without any right to compensation. The Gift Card must be collected in person by the recipient at the Village's Concierge Services desk. The recipient must present their National Identity Card, Passport, and/or Driver's License (provided the document includes a photograph of the holder) to the Village's Concierge Services staff. The recipient must sign the Gift Card receipt at that same location. The Gift Card will be activated upon collection by the recipient.

Once collected and activated, the Gift Card will be valid for one (1) year from the date of collection and activation, in accordance with the Gift Card's terms and conditions. After this validity period, the Gift Card will expire, and the recipient will lose the right to use it, without any entitlement to compensation.

  1. Recipients will receive an email notification confirming their participation in the Promotion, which will include instructions for collecting and activating the Gift Card. Physical collection of the Gift Card will take place at the Village's "Concierge Services" area, within the timeframe indicated in the previous section.

  2. The Gift Card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for its cash value or for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.

The Gift Card does not extend to any other expense not expressly specified, including, but not limited to, the following exclusions:

  • Meal allowances;

  • Transfers;

  • Fees and taxes, including those related to the Gift Card and the tourist tax.

  1. The following persons are ineligible to participate in the Promotion and, therefore, cannot be beneficiaries:

  • Minors under 18 years of age;

  • Partners, directors, and employees of the Organizer, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or any other companies within the group that operate under The Bicester Collection brand, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in its development, as well as the children and immediate family members of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph becomes a beneficiary, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the corresponding Gift Card for failing to meet the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, who reserves the right to initiate any legal action that may be appropriate to claim compensation for damages and any other rights to which they may be entitled. In such a case, the Promotion will be held again to select a new beneficiary.

In any event, the Organizer is exempt from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their malpractice, unrelated to the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Promotion.

  1. The Organizer will not be liable for cases of force majeure, nor for acts not directly attributable to them, that may prevent the beneficiary from fully or partially enjoying their Gift Card.

The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network, or server failure.

The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Gift Card with one or more alternative prizes of equivalent—or even greater—value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  1. Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, meaning that participants have read and understood them and expressly accept their entire content without reservation or limitation. The Terms and Conditions will be permanently available for consultation and printing by all participants on the Organizer's website, specifically at the following links:

The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion's terms and conditions at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions or definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control, or if the Village has to be closed to the public for any reason and, therefore, one or more aspects of the Promotion cannot be held, participants may not make any claim against the Organizer. 13. Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding the products purchased with the Gift Card at the Village's various establishments.

  1. In compliance with current legislation, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax to the recipient of each Gift Card and will declare the Gift Card issued on the corresponding tax forms. The recipient will be responsible for any tax implications arising from receiving the Gift Card, and the Organizer will be relieved of any liability in this regard.

  2. Promotion recipients accept and authorize the publication of their names and/or images while receiving the Gift Card on the Organizer's website and social media, if the Organizer deems it appropriate, as well as on any other commercial, advertising, or communication platform (internal or external) that the Organizer may use or contract for the purpose of informing and publicizing the Promotion. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The beneficiaries agree to participate, to a reasonable extent, in any subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.
