GIFT DELIVERY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING AT LEAST THREE (3) PURCHASES ON THE SAME DAY AT LA ROCA VILLAGE, TOTALLING OR EXCEEDING €150

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY INDICATED BELOW:

  1. The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organiser” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity managing the La Roca Village centre (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430 (Barcelona).

  2. The Organiser hereby sets out the rules governing the delivery of gifts (the “Rules” and the “Promotion”), exclusively aimed at Membership members who, on the same day, make at least three (3) purchases at the Village, totalling or exceeding 150 Euros. The Promotion will run from 9 to 21 April 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

  3. To participate and be eligible to receive one of the prizes detailed below, Membership members must:

Scan all purchases made on the same day, on any day within the Promotion Period. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

Be previously registered in the Membership programme or register at the time of making any of the mentioned purchases.

Upon meeting the above conditions, the customer will receive an email on the same day confirming that their purchases have been successfully recorded and that, as a result, they have been awarded one of the prizes listed below.

  1. Once the above conditions are met, eligible participants will automatically be entitled to receive one of the prizes indicated below (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”):

  1. Prizes will be randomly assigned via Marketing Cloud, while supplies last, based on the previously indicated quantities. The winner will be notified of their prize via the email address mentioned above.

  2. To collect the Prize, the Membership member must present, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email referenced in the previous point, to the staff at the designated collection point.

  3. The corresponding Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for its cash value, nor for alternative prizes, even if of lesser value.

  4. The Prizes do not cover any other costs not expressly stated, including but not limited to the following exclusions:

Meal allowances; Transportation; Taxes and duties, including those related to the Prize and tourist tax.

  1. Collection period: The maximum period to collect, or in some cases reserve, the Prizes will be the same day the purchases are made and the email is received, up to thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. After this Collection Period, the Membership member will lose their right to the Prize, and it will be considered forfeited, without any compensation.

  2. Only one entry per person will be allowed during the Promotion Period, and for each unit of each Prize, there will be one (1) winner only.

  3. The following people are not eligible to participate in this Action and therefore cannot become winners:

Those under the age of 18;

The partners, directors, and employees of the Organiser or La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other company in the The Bicester Collection group, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in its development, as well as their children and direct relatives. If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph becomes a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and withdraw/void the Prize for not meeting the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser, who reserves the right to take any legal action necessary to claim compensation for damages and any other rights it holds. In any case, the Organiser is exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties and their bad practices, unrelated to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Action.

  1. The Organiser is not responsible for cases of force majeure or acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from enjoying their Prize, in whole or in part. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful entries due to technical failures, computer equipment or software malfunctions, or any kind of satellite, network, or server issues.

  2. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative of equal or higher value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control.

  3. Mere participation in the Action implies full acceptance of these Terms, indicating that the participant has read, understood, and explicitly agrees to their full content, without reservations or limitations.   4. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of the Action at any time, committing to communicate any new Terms, conditions, or cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure, beyond the Organiser's control, La Roca Village had to close to the public and therefore the Action could not be carried out, the participant will not be able to make any claims against the Organiser.

  5. The participant understands and accepts that the Organiser provides no guarantees regarding the Prizes awarded or provided by Village establishments and not directly by the Organiser itself.

  6. In accordance with current legislation, if applicable, the Organiser will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax for the winner of each Prize, and will declare the Prize in the appropriate tax forms. Any tax implications arising from the award of the Prize will be the responsibility of the winner, and the Organiser will be released from any liability.

  7. The winners agree and authorise the publication of their name and/or image receiving their Prizes on the Organiser’s website and social media if the Organiser deems it appropriate, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media format (internal or external) used or contracted by the Organiser to inform and publicise the outcome of the Action. This authorisation is granted exclusively for this purpose, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable manner. The winner agrees to reasonably participate in any subsequent promotional initiatives requested by the Organiser.

  8. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is noted that the geographical scope of the Action extends to the territory of Catalonia. Therefore, these Terms are governed by Law 15/1984, of March 20, on gambling, and Decree 240/2004, of March 30, which approves the catalogue of authorised games and betting in Catalonia and the applicable planning criteria, and, subsidiarily, by the Spanish Law that applies. Any breach of the rules and regulations established in these Terms by the participant will result in their immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Action, with the loss of the Prize, if applicable.

  9. The participants and the Organiser agree that any disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona city.
