GIFT DISTRIBUTION FOR NEW MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS REGISTERED BETWEEN OCTOBER 1 AND OCTOBER 15, 2026, WHO MAKE AT LEAST ONE (1) PURCHASE ON A SINGLE DAY AT A LA ROCA VILLAGE BOUTIQUE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES EXPRESSLY INDICATED HEREIN:

  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Tax ID (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the “Organiser” or “La Roca Village”), the entity that manages the La Roca Village centre (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postal Code 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser sets out below the rules governing the gift distribution (the “Rules” and the “Promotion”), aimed exclusively at new Membership members registered between 1 October 2026 and 15 October 2026 who make at least one (1) purchase on a single day at a Village boutique; purchases made at restaurants, cafés, bars, or similar establishments within the Village do not qualify for this purpose. The duration of the Promotion shall be from 1 October 2026 to 15 October 2026, inclusive (the “Period”).
  3. To participate and access any of the prizes indicated, Membership members must:
  • Register for Membership within the “Period” and agree to receive marketing communications.
  • Scan purchases made on a single day, on any day falling within the Period. Purchases that are not scanned will under no circumstances be counted.
  • Upon meeting the aforementioned conditions, the customer will receive an email on that same day confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that, as a result, they have been awarded one of the prizes listed below.
  1. Once the conditions set out in the previous point have been met, the lucky winners will be entitled to automatically receive one of the prizes listed below (the “Prize” or “Prizes”):

  1. The Prizes will be allocated randomly via “Marketing Cloud” until stocks of each are exhausted, based on the previously indicated quantities. The lucky recipient will be informed of their Prize via the email address mentioned in the previous point.
  2. To collect the Prize, the Membership member must present—in addition to their personal Membership code—the email mentioned in the previous point to the staff at the previously indicated establishment or collection point.
  3. The Prize may not be transferred (in whole or in part) or exchanged for its cash value or for alternative prizes, even those of lesser value.
  4. The Prizes do not cover any items not expressly specified; the following exclusions are listed by way of example and not limitation:
  • Per diems/allowances;
  • Transfers/transport;
  • Taxes and levies, including those arising from the Prize and the tourist tax.
  1. Collection period: The maximum time limit for collecting—or, where applicable, reserving—the Prizes is the same day the purchases are made and the email mentioned in the preceding points is received, up to a maximum of thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. Once this collection period has elapsed, the winning Membership member will forfeit their right to the Prize, and the Prize will be declared unawarded, with the individual having no right to any form of compensation.
  2. Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period, and there will be only one (1) winner for each unit of each Prize.
  3. The following persons may not participate in this Promotion and, consequently, cannot be winners:
  • Minors under the age of 18; - Partners, executives, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or other companies within the group operating under The Bicester Collection concept; agencies involved in the promotion; and suppliers or direct/indirect collaborators who participated in its creation; as well as the children and immediate family members of any of the aforementioned individuals.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and withdraw or invalidate the Prize due to non-compliance with participation requirements. The Organizer may take action against any attempted fraud and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to claim compensation for damages and exercise any other rights to which it is entitled. In any event, the Organizer shall be held harmless regarding fraudulent participation by third parties or misconduct by third parties—unaffiliated with the Organizer—during the promotion and execution of the Campaign. 12. The Organizer shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or acts not directly attributable to it that might prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize in whole or in part. The Organizer accepts no liability for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failures, computer hardware or software malfunctions, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure.

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organizer's control.

  2. Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content without reservation or limitation.   3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of the Promotion at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions or a final cancellation, as applicable. In particular, should the La Roca Village centre have to close to the public due to force majeure beyond the Organizer's control—thereby preventing the Promotion from taking place—the participant shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Organizer.

  4. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no guarantees regarding Prizes awarded or granted by Village establishments rather than directly by the Organizer itself.

  5. In compliance with applicable legislation, where relevant, the Organizer shall withhold and remit the corresponding Personal Income Tax payment for each Prize winner and shall declare the awarded Prize in the appropriate tax filings. Any tax implications arising from the receipt of the Prize for the winner shall be borne solely by the winner, and the Organizer shall be absolved of any liability in this regard. 18. Winners agree to and authorize the publication of their names and/or images—specifically those showing them receiving their Prizes—on the Organizer’s website and social media channels, at the Organizer’s discretion, as well as in any other commercial, advertising, or media format (internal or external) used or contracted by the Organizer, for the purpose of announcing and publicizing the results of the Campaign. This authorization is granted solely for said purpose, on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. Winners agree to participate, within reasonable limits, in any subsequent promotional initiatives requested by the Organizer.

  6. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is noted that the territorial scope of the Campaign is the territory of Catalonia. Accordingly, these Terms and Conditions are governed by Law 15/1984 of March 20 on gambling, and Decree 240/2004 of March 30 (approving the catalogue of authorized games and betting in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning), and, secondarily, by the applicable Spanish law. Failure by a participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations set forth in these Terms and Conditions will result in their immediate disqualification and exclusion from the Campaign, as well as the forfeiture of the Prize, where applicable.

  7. Participants and the Organizer agree that any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
