GIFT DELIVERY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR MAKING AT LEAST THREE (3) PURCHASES IN A SINGLE DAY, ON ANY DAY WITHIN THE PERIOD FROM MARCH 3, 2026 TO MARCH 31, 2026, IN DIFFERENT STORES AT LA ROCA VILLAGE
The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Membership members under the circumstances expressly indicated:
The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with tax ID NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer” or “La Roca Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages La Roca Village (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
The Organizer sets out below the regulatory rules for the gift delivery (the “Rules” and the “Promotion”), exclusively addressed to Membership members (of all levels) who make at least three (3) purchases in a single day at different stores in the Village. The Promotion period shall be from March 3, 2026, to March 31, 2026, inclusive (the “Period”).
To participate and be eligible for any of the prizes indicated, Membership members must:
Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making any of the purchases.
Scan all their purchases made on the same day, on any day within the Period. Purchases not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.
If already registered in Membership, have given consent or give consent at that moment to receive communications from the Organizer by email. It is expressly stated that without such authorization, the participant will not be able to take part in the Promotion, even if registered in Membership.
Upon fulfilling the above conditions, the participant will receive an email on the same day confirming that their purchases have been correctly registered and that, therefore, they are awarded one of the prizes indicated below.
Once the conditions outlined above are met, winners will automatically be entitled to receive one of the prizes indicated below (the “Prize” or the “Prizes”):

To collect the Prize, the Membership member must present, in addition to their personal Membership code, the email indicated in the previous point, to the staff of the specified store or collection point.
The corresponding Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for alternative prizes, even of lesser value.
The Prizes do not extend to any other concepts not expressly specified, including, without limitation:
Transfers;
Taxes and fees, including those related to the Prize and the tourist tax.
Collection period: The maximum period for collecting, or where applicable reserving, the Prizes will be the same day the purchases are made and the email indicated above is received, up to thirty (30) minutes before the Village closes. After this period, the winning Membership member will lose their right to the Prize, which will be considered forfeited, and the participant will have no right to compensation.
Only one entry per person is allowed during the Period, and there will be only one (1) winner per unit of each Prize.
The following persons may not participate in the Promotion and therefore cannot be winners:
Persons under 18 years of age;
Officers, directors, and employees of the Organizer, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village, or any other companies within The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who participated in organizing it, as well as their children and direct family members.
If, for any reason, a person listed above is selected as a winner, the Organizer may disqualify the participant and revoke the Prize for not meeting participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be prosecuted by the Organizer, which reserves the right to take all actions necessary to claim damages and any other rights. The Organizer is in any case exempt from liability for fraudulent participation by third parties or their misconduct unrelated to the Organizer in the Promotion and execution of the Promotion.
The Organizer is not liable for force majeure events or acts beyond its direct control that may prevent the winner from enjoying the Prize in whole or in part. The Organizer accepts no liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software malfunction, or any type of satellite, network, or server failure.
The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prizes – or any of them – with one or more alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
Participation in the Promotion implies full acceptance of these Rules, meaning the participant has read, understood, and expressly accepts them in full, without reservations or limitations. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion conditions at any time, committing to communicate new Rules, conditions, or cancellation. In particular, if for force majeure reasons beyond the Organizer’s control the Village must be closed to the public and the Promotion cannot take place, the participant may not make any claim against the Organizer.
The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organizer provides no warranties regarding Prizes granted or provided by Village stores and not directly by the Organizer. Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, freely defined by the collaborators. Furthermore, depending on the nature of each Prize, they may be subject to availability and/or prior reservation. In case of prior reservation, it is the participant’s responsibility to make it. The lapse of the collection period, redemption of the Prize, and/or failure to reserve in time or form may result in loss of the opportunity to enjoy the Prize, without Value Retail or the Collaborator being liable. Some Prizes may be available until stocks are exhausted.
In accordance with applicable law, where applicable, the Organizer will withhold and remit the corresponding Personal Income Tax for the winner of each Prize and declare the Prize in the relevant tax forms. Any tax implications for the winner are their responsibility, and the Organizer is released from any liability.
Winners accept and authorize that the mention of their name and/or image receiving their Prizes may be published on the Organizer’s website and social media, as well as any other commercial, advertising, or media channels the Organizer may use, solely for publicity purposes. This authorization is non-exclusive and non-transferable. Winners agree to reasonably participate in any subsequent promotional activities requested by the Organizer.
The Promotion’s territorial scope is limited to Catalonia. The Rules are governed by Law 15/1984 of March 20 on gaming and Decree 240/2004 of March 30 approving the catalog of authorized games and bets in Catalonia, and subsidiarily by applicable Spanish law. Any breach of these Rules will result in immediate disqualification and loss of Prize.
Participants and the Organizer accept that any disputes arising from interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona.
