Each boutique has its own return and exchange policy. They will inform you in the boutique itself.
You can get your gift card here.
Pets are allowed in the Village. Please note, each boutique operates its own policy for allowing pets.
Wheelchairs and walking frames are available.
Parking and Transport
No, we offer complimentary parking to all Village guests.
We have charging points for electric vehicles available for you at an additional cost. Download the free Endesa X or Tesla App, depending on the charging point you are at in the Village, from the App Store or Google Play to access the service.

Our App and e-Services
In addition to exclusive content and offers and treats from your favourite boutiques, the Village app allows you to navigate through the Village using our interactive map: simply touch, pan and zoom to view boutiques, search by name or category.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Village and will require an email address to log in.
