LA ROCA VILLAGE MEMBERSHIP – MEMBER GET MEMBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROMOTION (SEPTEMBER 2026 – FEBRUARY 2027)
Awarding of gifts to: (i) Level 3 “Parent” Membership members for referring a new member who has scanned their personal Membership code in the Village; (ii) new “Child” members referred to join La Roca Village Membership via a referral link who have scanned their personal Membership code in the Village, during the period dating from 4 September 2026 until: (i) 28 February 2027; or (ii) stocks being exhausted at any boutique or business in La Roca Village, whichever is earlier.

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all Membership members in the situations expressly indicated below:

  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with Spanish Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60.689.486 (hereinafter referred to interchangeably as the “Organiser” or “La Roca Village”), this being the entity that manages La Roca Village (the “Village”). The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, postcode 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions governing the awarding of gifts (the “Terms and Conditions” and the “Promotion”), which is open to (i) Level 3 Membership members who have referred a new member who has previously scanned their personal Membership code at the Village, referred to as “Parent”; and (2) new Membership members who have registered through a Parent’s referral link and have scanned their personal Membership code at least once, referred to as “Child”, during the period dating from 4 September 2026 until: (i) 28 February 2027; or (ii) as long as stocks last, whichever is earliest (the “Period”). Scans may be carried out at any of the Village’s boutiques or businesses, including restaurants, cafés and other F&B outlets.
  3. In order to participate and qualify for the prize specified below, both the Parent and the Child must meet the following conditions during the Period (a “Valid Referral”):

– The Parent has already registered as a Level 3 Membership member and the Child has registered through the Parent’s unique referral link; – The Child has scanned their personal Membership code at least once at any boutique in the Village on any day during the Period; and – Both have given, or give at that time, their consent to receive email communications from the Organiser. It is hereby expressly stated that, without such authorisation, the customer may not participate in the Promotion, even if they are registered in Membership.

  1. Once the above conditions have been met, the Child shall receive an email on the same day confirming that their registration and scan have been successfully completed and that, as a result, both the Parent and the Child are automatically entitled to receive the prize specified below (the “Prize” or “Prizes”):

  1. The Prize for each consists of one (1) Rituals Pack, to be collected from Concierge Services, and the automatic crediting of fifty (50) additional Stars to their Membership profile.
  2. To collect the Rituals Pack included in the Prize, the Membership member, whether Child or Parent, must show the Concierge Services staff their personal Membership code and the email referred to in the preceding clause.
  3. The corresponding Prize may not be transferred or exchanged, in whole or in part, for its cash value or for any alternative prize, including one of lower value.
  4. The Prizes do not include any items not expressly specified, including, but not limited to: (i) meals; (ii) travel expenses; and (iii) taxes and duties, including any arising in connection with the Prize and tourist tax.
  5. Collection period: the maximum period for collecting the Rituals Pack included in the Prize shall be 30 days from the awarding of the Prize to the Child’s or Parent’s Membership profile. Once this period has elapsed, the relevant Membership member shall lose their entitlement to the Prize, which shall be deemed unclaimed, without the participant being entitled to any compensation.
  6. Each Membership member shall be entitled to one (1) Prize only during the Period, regardless of the number of Valid Referrals they make as a Parent and/or their participation as a Child, and subject to availability.
  7. The following persons may not participate in the Promotion and therefore may not be beneficiaries: (i) persons under 18 years of age; and (ii) the partners, directors and employees of the Organiser, La Roca Village, Las Rozas Village or any other company within the group of companies that operate under The Bicester Collection concept, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, and direct or indirect collaborators involved in its preparation, as well as the children and immediate family members of all such persons.
  8. If, for any reason, a person listed in the preceding paragraph were to become a beneficiary, the Organiser may deregister/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize on the grounds that the participation requirements have not been met. The Organiser may also refuse to award the Prize or exclude a participant from the Membership Programme in the event of suspected fraud or misuse, including, among other things, the creation of duplicate accounts, self-referrals or any coordinated activity intended to obtain Prizes fraudulently. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser and, for such purpose, the Organiser reserves the right to take any action available to it. In all cases, the Organiser shall bear no liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties unrelated to it.
  9. The Organiser shall not be liable for force majeure events or acts beyond its direct control that may prevent the beneficiary from receiving their Prize in whole or in part. The Organiser accepts no liability for entries that are not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any type of satellite, network or server failure.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right to replace some or all the Prizes with one or more alternative prizes of equivalent or even greater value, if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  11. Mere participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire contents, without reservation or limitation. The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the conditions of the Promotion at any time, undertaking to communicate any new Terms and Conditions or the definitive cancellation, as applicable. In particular, if, due to force majeure beyond the Organiser’s control, the Village is required to close to the public and the Promotion therefore cannot take place, the participant shall not have the right to make a claim against the Organiser. 17. The participant acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser gives no guarantees with regard to the Prizes awarded or provided by businesses in the Village rather than directly by the Organiser itself. In all cases, it is hereby expressly stated that the Prizes may be subject to their own terms and conditions, freely determined by the participating businesses. The Prize shall be available until stocks are exhausted and, in all cases, until 28 February 2027, whichever occurs first. 18. In compliance with applicable legislation, the Organiser shall, where necessary, make the relevant withholding and payment on account of Spanish Personal Income Tax on behalf of the beneficiary of each Prize, and shall declare the awarded Prize on the relevant tax returns. Any tax implications arising from receipt of the Prize shall be borne by the beneficiary, and the Organiser shall be free from any liability in this regard. 19. The beneficiaries accept and authorise the publication of their name and/or image while collecting their Prizes on the Organiser’s website and social media, should the Organiser so decide, as well as in any other commercial or advertising material or media that it may use or commission (whether internal or external), for the purpose of reporting and publicising the outcome of the Promotion. This authorisation is granted solely for that purpose and on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. 20. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is hereby stated that the territorial scope of the Promotion covers all of Catalonia. Accordingly, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Law 15/1984, of 20 March, on gambling, and Decree 240/2004, of 30 March, approving the catalogue of authorised games and betting activities in Catalonia and the criteria applicable to their planning, and by the relevant provisions of Spanish law, where applicable. Any infringement by a participant of any of the rules and provisions established in these Terms and Conditions shall result in their immediate disqualification and exclusion from the Promotion, with loss of the Prize, if applicable. 21. The participants and Organiser agree that any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona. 22.
