What is a Personal Shopper?

At La Roca Village, a Personal Shopper is your dedicated fashion expert. They know every boutique inside-out, and use that insider knowledge to hand-pick pieces and outfits designed to help you feel your best. Book an appointment in our private Personal Shopping suite to discover looks created just for you, have them accompany you around the Village boutiques, or book a virtual consultation from home.

How much does a Personal Shopping appointment cost?

Appointments are available to all guests. Consult prices in Concierge Services.

Where will my appointment take place?

Sit back and relax in the Village’s newly refurbished Personal Shopping suites, located close to The Apartment. If you prefer, your appointment can also take place directly in the Village's boutiques on request.

How does a Personal Shopping appointment work?

When you contact us, we’ll reach out within 48 hours to learn more about your needs. Based on your request, our Personal Shoppers will curate an edit for you to review together during your appointment. If you wish to purchase anything, our Personal Shoppers can arrange payment via a single, authorised pay link – even if you’re shopping from multiple brands.

The same applies if you’re booking Virtual Personal Shopping. Our Personal Shoppers will discuss your needs and present a pre-selected edit over WhatsApp. If you’d like to purchase any of the items, they’ll arrange secure payment and delivery to an address of your choice in Spain.

Can I have my items delivered internationally?

Unfortunately, we can currently only deliver domestically for purchases made via Virtual Personal Shopping. However, speak to a member of the team if you would like to arrange a courier delivery service yourself. We will do our best to coordinate your items for collection from our Personal Shopping suites. Additional terms and conditions may apply and will be notified to you if applicable.

Can I collect membership points during a Personal Shopping appointment?

Yes. When you make a purchase, scan your membership code at the till point to redeem your stars.

If you’d like to make a purchase during a Virtual Shopping appointment, send a screenshot of your code to our Personal Shoppers who will redeem for you. Please note, stars cannot be added post purchase.
