At Menu Palais, the French way of life – inspired by centuries of history, arts and gastronomy – is celebrated.
With a menu designed by chef Stéphane d’Aboville and housed in a setting that evokes the inspiring atmosphere of Parisian artist ateliers, Menu Palais echoes Mini Palais, the famous restaurant located in the emblematic Grand Palais in Paris.
In addition to its delectable dishes, the restaurant offers guests the chance to shop its selection of engravings and sculptures, crafted in plaster and resin. Large and small, these scultures have been handcrafted by the cultural institution 'Réunion des musées nationaux – Grand Palais', formally the Louvre atelier created in 1973.
