Join us on 6 October for an unmissable gelato experience at Bollicine&Co. Champagne Bar. Watch as one of the greatest gelato chefs in the world creates a new champagne-inspired flavour exclusively for La Vallée Village. Flying in from Italy especially for the occasion, chef Massimiliano Scotti – founder of authentic Italian gelateria Vero Latte – will be your host at the exclusive demonstration and tasting sessions, taking place at 1 pm and 6 pm.
