Transfer Conditions
For your comfort and efficiency, please note that transfers are operated as direct journeys. Stops or breaks during the route are not permitted.
Grace Period Policy
To accommodate any unforeseen delays, a complimentary 15-minute grace period is included. Beyond this time, additional charges will apply, and a new booking will be required, with a minimum fee of €130.
Guest Responsibilities
To preserve the highest standards of comfort and elegance:
• Smoking, eating, or drinking (except water) may be restricted inside the vehicle.
• Any damage caused during the service will be charged accordingly.
