With Hands-free Shopping, we’ll take care of your purchases while you enjoy your visit to the Village. For an even more seamless experience, we’re offering complimentary shuttle transfers from the Village to Val d'Europe/Serris-Montévrain RER A station when you use Hands-free Shopping.

All our services

Upon arrival at La Vallée Village, leave your bags with our Luggage Drop-off Service, located in the outdoor Shuttle Drop-off Area, just beyond Concierge Services. Enjoy a carefree shopping experience while your belongings are kept safe and secure. Rate: €10 per day for 1 to 4 items. Bags must be collected the same day, at least 15 minutes before Village closing time. Member Benefit: This service is complimentary for Members of our programme. Log in to your Member space to view the full conditions.
