LA VALLEE VILLAGE VIP PASS/eVIP PASS

Dear Guest, we are glad to offer you a VIP Pass or e VIP Pass, entitling you to receive a 10% discount on products within participating brands at La Vallée Village. Allow us to point out some conditions of use:

  1. If you:

1.1. present your VIP Pass/eVIP Pass Invitation and/or your Private Client Card and/or your Partner Membership Card (being a corporate partner of Value Retail, details of which are set out at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/partners/) at the La Vallée Village Concierge Services,

1.2. click on the eVIP link for La Vallée Village and provide your country and postcode and/or county, be entitled to receive a complimentary "VIP Pass/eVIP Pass” OR “eVIP QR Code”.

  1. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is only for use at the participating brands (List of exclusions can be requested at Concierge Services.) (list and details of current restrictions and exemptions, available here [at the Concierge Services]).

  2. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass must be presented at the time of purchase and is only valid on the date of issue for 24 hours after the first purchase with a participating brand and neither can be used for previously made purchases.

  3. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is not valid whilst any promotional campaign is in place and will not be available during “further reduction” or “blackout” periods, when an alternative gift or reduction may be offered. Full details of any "blackout" periods and when the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass will not be available will be provided at the La Vallée Village Guest Concierge and can also be accessed on the La Vallée Village website or at https://www.TheBicesterCollection.com.

  4. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

  5. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass is limited to one Pass per person, is non-transferable and only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued.

  6. The VIP Pass/eVIP Pass has no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale.

  7. The discounts offered are in relation to the participating brands’ prices before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees.

  8. Purchases made from any participating brand using the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass are subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each brand, which may include a requirement for a minimum spend before the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass can be used. La Vallée Village accepts no responsibility and offers no guarantee that the brands will honour the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass.

  9. La Vallée Village reserves the right to withdraw the VIP Pass and/or eVIP Pass, and/or modify the benefits associated with them, at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
