RAFFLE OF A MAJE BAG IN RED WITH FRINGES FOR THE FOLLOWERS OF LAS ROZAS VILLAGE ON INSTAGRAM

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO PARTICIPANTS IN THE DRAW THAT WILL BE CARRIED OUT FROM THE INSTAGRAM PROFILE OF LAS ROZAS VILLAGE:

  1. The Organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the ‘Organiser’ or ‘Las Rozas Village’ interchangeably), the entity that manages, among others, the outlet centre Las Rozas Village. The Organiser can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organiser sets out below the terms and conditions of the prize draw (the ‘Prize Draw’ and the ‘Terms and Conditions’, respectively), which is exclusively aimed at followers of the ‘Las Rozas Village’ account on Instagram (the ‘Account’).
  3. The territorial scope of this Sweepstakes extends to the territory of Spain, i.e. both mainland and island.
  4. The deadline for entering the Prize Draw will begin on 15 September 2024, at the time of publication of the Prize Draw on the Account, and will end on 22 September 2024 at 23:59 (the ‘Deadline’). Entries received after this date will not be counted.

Participation in the Sweepstakes is free of charge. Only one entry per person is permitted. Existing or new followers of the Account during the Term are eligible to enter the Prize Draw. 5. There will be one (1) single prize draw, which will take place on 23 September at 10:00 am. There will be only 1 winner for this single Draw. 6. The prize to be drawn will be one (1) of the Products of the winner's choice (the ‘Prize’):

  1. In order to participate in the sweepstakes participants (must meet all of the following conditions:

7.1. The Entrant must follow the Instagram profile of Las Rozas Village @lasrozasvillage and the Instagram profile of Maje @majeparis.

7.2. The Participant must mention two friends in the comments section of the same publication of the Sweepstakes.

7.3. The Participant must share the post in their stories.

  1. The Prize Draw will be conducted as follows:

a. It will take place on the day after the deadline for participation, i.e. 23 September at 10.00 a.m. and the winner will be published the following day on the same Account.

b. The winner will be chosen randomly via the random.org platform. Another participant will also be selected as an alternate.

c. On the day of the Draw, the winner will receive a direct message from Instagram (in the user account used to participate), confirming to be the winner of the Draw and must respond to the same message received and in the same conversation within 15 calendar days with their contact details (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID number and email address).

d. In the event of express renunciation by the winner or failure to obtain a response from the winner within the specified period, the winner will automatically forfeit his/her right to the Prize and the Organiser will be entitled to select the alternate entrant as the new winner. The alternate entrant will be contacted following the above procedure and will be given a further period of 15 calendar days to respond as indicated in section c). If no communication is received from the alternate entrant, the Prize will be deemed void and no compensation will be payable.

  1. Prize collection period: The maximum period for physical collection of the prizes at the Las Rozas Village Customer Service Point will be from 24 September 2024 to 24 October 2024. Once this period has elapsed, the winner - whether the original winner or an alternate in the cases set out above - will forfeit their right to the Prize and the Prize will be deemed void, without the winner being entitled to any compensation whatsoever. The winner must prove their identity by showing the staff at the Las Rozas Village Customer Service Point their ID card, passport and/or driving licence. The winner must sign the letter of receipt of the Prize at the same place. Under no circumstances will the Prize be sent by any means, and it must be collected physically and personally at the point indicated.
  2. The following persons are expressly prohibited from participating in this Sweepstakes:
  • Persons under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, executives and employees of the Organiser or of Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or of the other companies in the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, the agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of the promotion, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the above paragraph is a winner, the Organiser may disqualify the offending entrant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for non-compliance with the entry requirements. Any attempt of fraud may be prosecuted by the Organiser and to this end, the Organiser reserves the right to take any action it may be entitled to in order to claim damages and any other rights it may have. In such an event, the winner of the Draw will be the alternate. In any case, the Organiser is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for the malpractice of these, unrelated to the Organiser, in the promotion and development of the Sweepstakes. The Organiser shall not be liable for cases of force majeure, as well as for acts that are not directly attributable to the Organiser, which could prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of their prize. The Organiser accepts no liability for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer equipment or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make this necessary. The mere participation in the Prize Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their full content, without reservations or limitations.   1. El participante reconoce y acepta que el Organizador no da ninguna garantía respecto al Premio que el ganador adquiera por el presente Sorteo, por lo que no está obligado a reclamar nada al Organizador. Los productos son responsabilidad de la marca Maje.

  2. En cumplimiento de lo establecido en la legislación vigente, en el caso de que sea de aplicación, el Organizador, practicará la retención correspondiente al Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas al ganador del Premio, y declarará los premios entregados en los modelos fiscales correspondientes. Las repercusiones fiscales que la obtención del Premio tenga en la tributación del ganador serán por cuenta de éste, por lo que el Organizador quedará exento de cualquier responsabilidad.

  3. The winner of the Sweepstakes accepts and authorizes that the mention of his/her name and/or image, at the time of knowing the winner and/or collecting the Prize obtained, may be published on the Organizer's website and social networks if the Organizer so deems, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or media that may be used or hired (internal or external) by the Organizer, in order to inform and publicize the result of the Sweepstakes held. Such authorization is given solely for that purpose, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable manner. The winner agrees to participate, on reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that may be requested by the Organizer.

  4. These Rules are governed by Spanish Law. Failure to comply with any of the rules and regulations set forth in these Rules by the participant will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Sweepstakes, with forfeiture of the Prize, if applicable.

  5. The participants and the Organizer accept that any controversies that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Rules will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona Capital.
