LAS ROZAS VILLAGE – CONSIGNA DE EQUIPAJE

Estimado/a visitante: Nos complace ayudarle con el servicio de consigna (“Luggage Drop”), que le permitirá dejar su equipaje en un área segura mientras disfruta de sus compras en Las Rozas Village. Permítanos indicarle algunas normas organizativas del servicio:

Depósito del equipaje en el área de Guest Concierge (servicio sujeto a disponibilidad) y recogida de su resguardo de equipaje (es necesario registrarse). Cada pieza de equipaje se etiquetará con un número identificativo, y se le entregará un resguardo con el número o números correspondientes.

Para recoger el equipaje, deberá presentar el resguardo correspondiente, el correo electrónico de confirmación de la reserva y un documento de identidad que confirme que usted es la persona que realizó el depósito. Si recoge el equipaje en nombre de otra persona, deberá presentar una autorización firmada por el propietario y un documento de identidad.

Recoja su equipaje en el Guest Concierge con su resguardo al menos 30 minutos antes del cierre del Village. El equipaje no recogido se considerará objeto perdido y pasará al equipo de seguridad de Las Rozas Village para su custodia conforme a la Política de Objetos Perdidos.

Revise el equipaje inmediatamente y notifique cualquier incidencia al Guest Concierge de Las Rozas Village. Las Rozas Village no se hace responsable de incidencias notificadas tras su salida. La responsabilidad de Las Rozas Village por pérdida o daño del equipaje se limita a un valor máximo de 25.000 € por maleta y/o 25.000 € por objeto. Las Rozas Village no se hace responsable en caso de robo o daño, salvo en caso de negligencia demostrada. Al utilizar el servicio de Luggage Drop, usted confirma que ni el equipaje ni su contenido son peligrosos, perjudiciales, perecederos o frágiles, y que todos los artículos son aptos para almacenarse a temperaturas entre 0 °C y 45 °C.

LAS ROZAS VILLAGE VIP PASS / eVIP Pass

The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass is a benefit that entitles the holder to receive a ten percent (10%) discount on products at participating boutiques in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”). Not all boutiques in the Village participate in this promotion, so on the day of your visit, please contact the Concierge Services team of the Village for more information about participating boutiques, including applicable restrictions and exceptions.

  1. Guests eligible to receive the ten percent (10%) discount at participating boutiques in the Village (subject to availability and any “restriction periods” that may apply in the Village) are those who:

1.1. Present a VIP Pass or eVIP Pass invitation and/or their Private Client Card and/or a Partner Membership Card (as a corporate partner of Value Retail, whose details are listed at https://www.thebicestercollection.com/en/partners/) at the Village Concierge Services, or 1.2. Click on the eVIP link for Las Rozas Village and provide their country and postal code and/or county. 2. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass must be presented at the time of purchase and is only valid on the date of issue for twenty-four (24) hours after the first purchase with a participating brand and neither can be used for previously made purchases. 3. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass is not valid whilst any promotional campaign is in place and in conjunction with any other offer. Therefore, it will not be available during “further reduction” or “### LA ROCA VILLAGE SERVICES PROVIDED BY CONCIERGE SERVICES” periods, when an alternative gift or reduction may be offered. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass is limited to one pass per person, is non-transferable and only valid for use by the person to whom it is issued. 5. The VIP Pass or eVIP Pass has no cash value and is not for sale or re-sale. 6. The discounts offered are in relation to the participating brands’ prices before the application of any taxes, duties, levies or administration or similar fees. 7. Purchases made from any participating brand using the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass are subject to the terms and conditions of sale applied by each brand, which may include a requirement for a minimum spend before the VIP Pass/eVIP Pass can be used. Las Rozas Village is not responsible for the prices advertised by boutiques, nor for the prices at which their products are sold at any given time, and does not offer any guarantees regarding the products (such as their quality) or that boutiques will accept the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass. 8. If a boutique does not accept the VIP Pass or eVIP Pass in whole or in part, the customer will not be entitled to, and waives any claim against Las Rozas Village, and the customer’s sole remedy in such situation is to claim directly from the boutique. 9. Las Rozas Village reserves the right to withdraw the VIP Pass and/or eVIP Pass, and/or modify the benefits associated with them, at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
