LAS ROZAS VILLAGE RESERVED PARKING

Dear customer, we are glad to assist you with a reserved parking service, through which a member of the Concierge Services team at Las Rozas Village (the “Village”) will indicate where to park your vehicle in the assigned space upon your arrival at the Village (the “Service”). The Service is subject to these terms and conditions, so please ensure you have read and understood them.

1. You may book the Service in advance via the following “Plan My Visit” link: Plan My Visit or in person by visiting Concierge Services team at the Village upon arrival, always subject to availability of free spaces for the requested date and time.
2. The Service is only valid on the date and time specified in the booking confirmation. Please note that the license plate number provided at the time of booking must match the vehicle used for the Service.
3. Please be aware when booking the Service that we are not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle, except in cases where you can demonstrate negligence of Las Rozas Village. All claims for damage as a result of Las Rozas Village’s negligence should be reported to your own insurers and to Las Rozas Village.
