LAS ROZAS VILLAGE PROMOTION: -20% ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT (ON THE VILLAGE PRICE) ON NEW COLLECTION FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE “FRIENDS&FAMILY” CAMPAIGN SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES MADE BY “MEMBERSHIP” MEMBERS, PROVIDED THEY MEET THE CONDITIONS BELOW AS WELL AS THOSE SET BY THE PARTICIPATING BOUTIQUES OF LAS ROZAS VILLAGE: On the occasion of the “Friends&Family” campaign (the “Promotion”), Las Rozas Village (the “Village” or the “Centre”) offers “Membership” members an additional 20% discount on the Village retail price (the “Discount”), provided that the remaining conditions contained in these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are met. To benefit from the Discount, customers or visitors to the Village must: – Be previously registered in Membership or register at the time of making their purchases. – Present and scan their personal Membership code at the moment of making their purchases in the Village boutiques participating in the Promotion. If not done at that moment, the discount will not be applicable. The Promotion is only valid in the boutiques in the Village that participate in it (the “Boutiques” or, individually, the “Boutique”) and for the products selected by the Boutiques themselves; all belonging to collections newly arrived at the Village. In addition, some Boutiques may require additional conditions, certain restrictions and/or exceptions which, in all cases, must be met in order to benefit from the Discount. At the end of these T&Cs, the Boutiques* are listed, as well as any such additional or special conditions, restrictions and/or exceptions they may apply**. In any case, food and beverage establishments such as restaurants and cafés in the Village are excluded from the Promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise in these T&Cs, the Discount shall apply both to purchases made physically and directly by customers in the Boutiques, as well as through any digital, online and/or remote means, including the “Virtual Personal Shopping” and “Las Rozas Village from Home” services, provided that the Boutiques participate in these. The Discount is valid only for the duration of the Promotion, that is, for purchases made between 20 February and 28 February 2026, both included. The Discount may not be combined with other offers nor will it be valid during any other promotional campaign at the Village and/or at the corresponding Boutique. Unless expressly stated otherwise below** for any of the Boutiques, the Discount will be applied to the Village retail price of the products, before the application of any taxes, duties or any similar charges. The discount applies to members of all levels: Level 1, 2, 3 and “Private Client”. The customer acknowledges and accepts that: 9.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., managing entity of the Village, its partners, subsidiaries and related companies, as well as the company owning the Village (jointly referred to as “VR”), are not responsible, under any circumstances, for the prices advertised and/or ultimately applied by the Boutiques for their products; 9.2 VR only manages the Centre, while it is the Boutiques that directly carry out sales and transactions with customers. For this reason, the completion of a sale and, where applicable, the application of the Discount does not create any contractual relationship between VR and the customer; 9.3 For the same reason, VR provides no guarantees in relation to the products (for example, regarding their quality) sold by the Boutiques and purchased by customers directly from them; 9.4 Therefore, the customer acknowledges that they shall have no right, and in any case waive any right, to make any claim against VR if the Boutique does not ultimately apply the Discount, whether partially or in full, and must make any such claim, if they deem appropriate, directly to the relevant Boutique; and We remind you that you can consult our privacy policy to obtain more information on how we process and protect your personal data, as well as how to exercise your rights, at the following link: Membership Programme Privacy Notice | The Bicester Collection or at the “Concierge Services” area of the Village. *BOUTIQUES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION Aristocrazy: On a selection of products Asics: 20% additional discount for Membership on 10 Men’s items, 10 Women’s items and 5 Unisex items.
