LIMITED EDITION “DYSON -AIRWRAP” HAIR DRYER GIVEAWAY FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS FOR PURCHASES OF AT LEAST €450 MADE ON 1 DECEMBER 2024 AT LAS ROZAS VILLAGE

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO PARTICIPATE IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE GIVEAWAY:

  1. The Organizer is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., with NIF B-60.689.486 (hereinafter the “Organizer”, “Las Rozas Village” interchangeably), the entity that manages the Las Rozas Village outlet center (the “Village”). The Organizer can be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, C.P. 08430 (Barcelona).
  2. The Organizer details below the rules governing the draw (the "Rules" and the "Draw", respectively), aimed exclusively at Membership members who make purchases with an aggregate value of at least 450 Euros in any of the Las Rozas Village establishments, provided that they are made on December 1, 2024 (the "Term").
  3. In order to participate, Membership members must:

  • Scan their purchases made during the Term at any of the Las Rozas Village establishments. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances.

  • Be previously registered with Membership or register at the time of making the purchase. - By fulfilling the above conditions, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been registered correctly and that, therefore, they have the right to participate in the Raffle, which they must confirm, if they so consider, by clicking on the option that will be expressly incorporated in said email for this purpose within the period that will end on December 30, 2024. That is, they will only become a participant once they have expressly confirmed their participation, in time and form, in the terms indicated above.

  1. After the Period has ended, a single Raffle will be held for a “Dyson” brand hairdryer, “Airwrap” model, limited edition (the “Prize”). The value of the Prize amounts to five hundred and forty-nine Euros (€549).

The Raffle will take place on December 31, 2024, and the winner will be notified directly on that same day by email, in accordance with the following point “6”. 5. Only one participation per person will be allowed in the Raffle and there will be one (1) winner per Raffle. 6. The winner will be chosen randomly through the random.org platform. The winner will receive a notification in his/her email, which will confirm that he/she is the winner of the Raffle. He/she must reply with his/her contact information (name, surname, address, landline and/or mobile phone number, ID, and email address) to the email and the Organizer will inform him/her of the pick-up location. The deadline for responding to the email and providing his/her information will be seven (7) calendar days from the notification being sent by the Organizer. If no response is received or if the winner expressly waives the prize, the Prize corresponding to the winner will be void. 7. The Prize cannot be, in whole or in part, transferred or exchanged for its cash value, or for alternative prizes, even of lesser value. 8. The Prize does not extend to any other concept that is not expressly specified, listing in an enunciative but not limiting manner, the following exclusions:

  • Diets;
  • Transfers;
  • Taxes and duties, including those derived from the Prize and the tourist tax.
  1. Collection period: The maximum period for physical collection of the Prize will be until January 31, 2025. After that date, the winner will lose his/her right to the Prize and it will be declared void, without the winner having the right to any compensation. The winner must prove his/her identity by showing his/her ID, Passport and/or Driving Licence to the Concierge Services staff at the Village. The winner must sign the letter of receipt of the Prize in that same place.
  2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in this Prize Draw and therefore cannot be considered winners:
  • Minors under 18 years of age;
  • Partners, directors and employees of the Organiser, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, or other companies in the group of companies that apply the concept of The Bicester Collection, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, direct or indirect collaborators who have participated in the development of this, as well as the children and direct relatives of all of these.

If, for any reason, a person listed in the previous paragraph is chosen as the winner, the Organiser may cancel/disqualify the participant and withdraw/invalidate the Prize for not complying with the participation requirements. Any attempt at fraud may be pursued by the Organiser and for this purpose, it reserves the right to initiate any actions that may apply to it in order to claim compensation for damages and any other rights that it may have. In this case, the Prize Draw will be held again to choose a new winner. In any case, the Organizer is exonerated from liability for the fraudulent participation of third parties and for their bad practices, outside the Organizer, in the promotion and development of the Raffle.

  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for cases of force majeure or for acts not directly attributable to it that may prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying his/her Prize.

The Organizer accepts no liability for participation not successfully completed due to technical failure, computer or software failure, or any kind of satellite, network or server failure. 12. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer. 13. Mere participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Rules, implying that the participant has read and understood them and expressly accepts their entire content, without reservation or limitations.   1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the conditions of this Raffle at any time, and undertakes to communicate the new Rules, conditions or definitive cancellation, if applicable. In particular, if due to force majeure, beyond the control of the Organizer, the Las Rozas Village outlet center had to be closed to the public and therefore the Raffle could not be held, the participant may not make any claim to the Organizer.
  2. The participant knows and accepts that the Organizer does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prize that the winner acquires in the Raffle.
  3. In compliance with the provisions of current legislation, if applicable, the Organizer will withhold and pay the corresponding Personal Income Tax to the winner of the Prize, and will declare the Prize awarded in the corresponding tax forms. The tax repercussions that obtaining the Prize has on the taxation of the lucky winner will be the responsibility of the latter, so the Organizer will be relieved of any responsibility.
  4. The winner of the Raffle accepts and authorizes that the mention of his/her name and/or image collecting his/her Prize may be published on the Organizer's website and social networks if the Organizer so deems, as well as in any other commercial, advertising or media support that the Organizer may use or contract (internal or external) in order to inform and make public the result of the Raffle held. This authorization is granted solely for this purpose, in a non-exclusive and non-transferable manner. The winner agrees to participate, in reasonable terms, in subsequent advertising initiatives that the Organizer may request.
  5. For the purposes of applicable regulations, it is stated that the territorial scope of the Raffle extends to the territory of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Thus, these Rules are governed by Law 6/2001, of July 3, on Gambling in the Community of Madrid, and, subsidiarily, by the Spanish Law that is applicable. Failure by the participant to comply with any of the rules and regulations established in these Rules will result in his/her immediate disqualification and expulsion from the Raffle, with loss of the Prize, if applicable.
