GET YOUR LOEWE “TO GO” FRAGRANCE!
How can you enjoy this special gift? It’s very simple when you are a Member of the Membership Programme!
Scan your purchases* made between 1 March 2026 and 28 February 2027 in any participating boutique in Las Rozas Village (the “Village”) equipped with a scanner, and once you reach purchases totalling at least €1,000 in a single day, you will receive a mini Loewe “to go” fragrance as a gift (the “Reward”)**.
Please remember to ask staff to correctly scan your code when making your purchases.
Once the above conditions have been met, you will receive an email (the “Email”)***, which you must present at the Loewe Perfumes boutique in the Village, together with your ID or passport and your personal Membership code, so that your Reward can be delivered. Additionally, on the day of the visit, the Member benefiting from the Experience must scan their personal Membership QR code.
Unlocking Frequency
You may unlock this gift once every 3 months. This means that a single Member may obtain the Reward up to 4 times throughout the promotional period, provided that the conditions are met during each corresponding unlocking period.
Unlocking and Collection Periods
Period 1: 1 March 2026 – 31 May 2026 Collection deadline: 30 June 2026
Period 2: 1 June 2026 – 31 August 2026 Collection deadline: 30 September 2026
Period 3: 1 September 2026 – 30 November 2026 Collection deadline: 31 December 2026
Period 4: 1 December 2026 – 28 February 2027 Collection deadline: 31 March 2027
A Reward unlocked during a specific period cannot be collected during a different period. If it is not collected within the corresponding period, the Reward will be considered expired, and the Member will need to meet the conditions again during the next period to obtain it.
- Purchases that are not scanned or are scanned incorrectly will not be counted under any circumstances.
** The gift consists of one mini “to go” fragrance (subject to stock availability in the boutique at any given time). The Reward consists solely of what is described and does not extend to any other item or concept not expressly specified. We reserve the right to modify the product ranges included, as well as to suspend or cancel the Reward for our own reasons, without compensation. The Reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value or for alternative rewards, even of lower value.
We do not offer warranties regarding the products comprising the Reward, nor will we be responsible for customer service and/or services provided by the boutique. We will not be responsible for any inability to deliver the Reward due to force majeure or causes beyond our control or will. The general terms and conditions of the Membership Programme shall also apply to this Reward.
