RESERVED PARKING SPACE AND “HANDS FREE SHOPPING”

As a Level 3 Member of the Membership Programme, you are entitled to complimentary access to our services (the “Services”): (i) reserved parking*; and (ii) Hands Free Shopping (“Hands Free Shopping”)**.

You may reserve the Services at least 24 hours in advance by sending an email to conciergeservices@lasrozasvillage.com or through our website. The Services are subject to availability. You may benefit from the Services until 28 February 2027 (the “Term”). Please remember that you must scan your personal Membership QR code in order to receive the Services. Additionally, on the day of the visit, the Member benefiting from the Experience must scan their personal Membership QR code.

• The reserved parking service may be redeemed an unlimited number of times per Member during the Term. The reserved parking service is subject to its own terms and conditions, available at the following link: Bookable Guest Services Terms & Conditions | Las Rozas Village.

In addition, the general terms and conditions of the Membership Programme shall also apply to these Services.
