  1. Visit Las Rozas Village within three months from the date of receiving this communication (the “Communication”).

  2. Go to “The Apartment” and present the Communication you received, along with your ID or passport and your Private Client personal code, to enjoy your gift.

  3. The staff at “The Apartment” will immediately provide you with 2 tickets to the Thyssen Museum and 2 vouchers to enjoy a cocktail. Remember to scan your Private Client code at that moment.

  4. Keep scanning your purchases with your Private Client profile so we can continue surprising you with gifts like this one.


T&Cs
The right to receive the gift is personal and non-transferable, and therefore only you may benefit from it, along with one guest. As the recipient of the Communication, you must collect the necessary documents to enjoy the gift at “The Apartment” in Las Rozas Village. Validity period: 3 months from the date of receiving the Communication or, in any case, while supplies last. After this period, the right to the gift will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided. Please note that visits to the Museum must take place during its official opening days and hours. The museum experience includes one cocktail per person at the Cúpula Bar in The Palace Hotel Madrid. To enjoy it, you must present the invitation or voucher provided by “The Apartment” staff at the bar before placing your order. Also, please be aware that the Cúpula Bar has its own opening hours, availability, and capacity limitations. The gift is as described above and does not extend to any other item or service not expressly specified (excluding meals, transportation, fees and/or taxes, among others). Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U. (“Value Retail”) reserves the right to modify the range and/or products included in the gift. The gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative, even of lesser value. Value Retail cannot guarantee the quality of the products included in the gift, nor will it be responsible for the service and/or attention provided by third parties.
