RAFFLE OF ONE (1) ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT FOR TWO, WITH A TOTAL VALUE OF €2,400, FOR MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS WHO MAKE PURCHASES OF AT LEAST SIX HUNDRED EUROS (€600) BETWEEN 28 SEPTEMBER 2026 AND 1 NOVEMBER 2026 AT DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENTS IN LAS ROZAS VILLAGE
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS PARTICIPATING IN THIS LAS ROZAS VILLAGE RAFFLE
  1. Organiser

The organiser is Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., Tax Identification Number (NIF) B-60689486 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser” or “Las Rozas Village”), the entity responsible for managing the outlet shopping destination known as Las Rozas Village (the “Village”).

The Organiser may be contacted at its registered office at La Roca Village, La Roca del Vallès, Postcode 08430, Barcelona, Spain.

  1. Promotion Mechanics

The Organiser hereby sets out the terms and conditions governing this raffle (the “Terms” and the “Raffle”, respectively), which is exclusively open to Membership members who make one (1) or more purchases totalling at least six hundred euros (€600) at one or more Village boutiques or establishments, including food and beverage outlets (F&B), on a single day during the period from 28 September 2026 to 1 November 2026, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

Purchases may be made at any boutique or establishment within the Village.

To participate, Membership members must:

Be registered with Membership prior to making the purchase or register at the time of purchase. Scan all qualifying purchases made during the Promotion Period through the Membership programme in any Village establishment. Purchases that are not scanned will not be counted under any circumstances. Have provided, or provide at that time, their consent to receive email communications from the Organiser. Without such consent, customers may not participate in the promotion, even if they are registered Membership members. Once the above conditions have been met, the customer will receive an email confirming that their purchases have been successfully registered and that they are eligible to participate in the Raffle. The customer must then expressly confirm participation by clicking the option included in that email for this purpose. Participation will only be valid once such confirmation has been completed.

The Raffle will take place after the Promotion Period has ended, specifically on 3 November 2026. The winner will be notified directly on the next business day following the draw.

  1. Prize

The Raffle prize consists of one (1) round-trip flight for two from Madrid to Mexico City (Mexico) with a total value of €2,400 (€1,200 per individual ticket) (the “Prize”).

  1. Participation Limits

Only one entry per person will be permitted.

There will be one (1) winner, who will receive one (1) round-trip flight for two.

The Prize is subject to Aeroméxico's own terms and conditions, set out at the end of these Terms.*

  1. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly using the platform random.org.

The winner will receive an email notification confirming that they have won the Raffle and must reply providing their contact details (full name, address, landline and/or mobile number, national ID number, email address and, where applicable, size preference if required by the nature of the Prize).

The Organiser will inform the winner of the location where the voucher may be collected and where the booking process will be managed. Unless otherwise stated, this will be the Concierge Services area within the Village.

The winner must respond and provide the requested details within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the notification. If no response is received within that period, or if the winner expressly declines the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and declared void.

  1. Non-Transferability

The Prize may not, in whole or in part, be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for alternative prizes, including prizes of lower value.

  1. Exclusions

The Prize does not include any items or expenses not expressly stated, including but not limited to:

Meals and daily allowances; Ground transportation; Taxes, duties and levies, including those arising from the Prize and any tourist taxes. 8. Booking Deadline

The latest date by which the flight must be booked is 31 December 2026.

After this date, the winner will lose entitlement to the Prize, which will be deemed forfeited without any right to compensation.

Collection of the Prize voucher and booking arrangements must take place in person at the Village's Concierge Services area and must be carried out personally by the winner.

The winner must provide proof of identity by presenting a valid national identity card, passport or driving licence (including a photograph).

The winner must sign a Prize acceptance letter and will then receive a personalised, non-transferable voucher detailing the booking procedure and the applicable conditions and restrictions.

Flight bookings must be made through the Concierge Services area with the assistance of the Organiser's staff and in accordance with the voucher conditions. The booking may be completed when collecting the voucher or during a subsequent visit to the Village, provided this occurs within the booking period indicated above.

  1. Flight Booking Procedure

The booking will be managed by Concierge Services staff in the presence of the winner, who must present the voucher and provide:

Passport number and expiry date; Passports for both (2) passengers; Travel dates; Contact details (email and telephone number).

The booking will be subject to the conditions and restrictions stated in the voucher, including:

Reservations must be requested at least sixty (60) days before departure. Flights are subject to award-seat availability at the time of booking. The winner's preferred travel dates must be approved by Las Rozas Village. If availability does not exist or the mileage cost exceeds the budget allocated for the promotion, the Organiser may propose alternative dates. High-demand periods are excluded, including national holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas, New Year and equivalent peak travel periods. 10. Flight Ticket Issuance and Liability

The Organiser will be responsible for booking and issuing the airline tickets.

The winner expressly acknowledges and accepts that the Organiser is not an airline, travel agency, package travel organiser or travel retailer. Its role is limited to facilitating the booking in accordance with the instructions and information provided by the winner and subject to mileage-seat availability, the voucher conditions and Aeroméxico's terms and conditions.

The winner is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided for booking purposes, including names, passport details and validity, travel dates and contact information, as well as obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation, including passports, visas, entry permits and health requirements.

Any costs, ticket reissuance fees or losses arising from inaccurate, incomplete or late information shall be borne solely by the winner.

Once tickets have been issued, no booking changes will be permitted.

The winner expressly acknowledges that receipt of the voucher does not itself constitute a flight booking or ticket issuance and does not guarantee seat availability on requested dates.

Once the tickets have been issued and delivered to the winner by any means, including email, the Prize shall be deemed fully delivered and accepted. The winner waives any claim against the Organiser relating to the Prize.

For any enquiries, incidents or issues relating to the flight, including changes, cancellations, delays, denied boarding, overbooking, baggage issues or any other matter relating to air transport services, the winner must deal directly with Aeroméxico and releases the Organiser from any liability.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for Aeroméxico's performance of its transportation obligations, which shall be governed exclusively by Aeroméxico's terms and conditions and applicable air passenger transport laws.

  1. Excluded Participants

The following individuals may not participate in, or win, the Raffle:

Persons under 18 years of age; Shareholders, directors and employees of the Organiser, Las Rozas Village, La Roca Village, any other company within The Bicester Collection group, agencies involved in the promotion, suppliers, collaborators involved in the promotion, and their children or immediate family members.

If any such person is selected as winner, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and invalidate the Prize.

Any fraudulent activity may result in legal action by the Organiser, including claims for damages and any other remedies available by law. In such circumstances, a new winner may be selected.

The Organiser shall not be liable for fraudulent conduct or improper actions carried out by third parties in connection with the promotion.

  1. Force Majeure

The Organiser shall not be liable for force majeure events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control which prevent the winner from enjoying all or part of the Prize.

The Organiser accepts no responsibility for unsuccessful entries resulting from technical failures, computer hardware or software malfunctions, or failures of satellite, network or server systems.

  1. Substitution of Prize

The Organiser reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any component thereof, with one or more alternative prizes of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make such substitution necessary.

  1. Acceptance of the Terms

Participation in the Raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted them without reservation or limitation.

The Terms will be available at all times for consultation and printing on the Organiser's website.

  1. Amendment or Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the Raffle at any time and undertakes to communicate any revised Terms or cancellation accordingly.

In particular, should circumstances beyond the Organiser's control require the Village to close to the public, preventing the Raffle from taking place, participants shall have no claim against the Organiser.

  1. No Warranty

Participants acknowledge and accept that the Organiser provides no warranties with respect to the Prize.

  1. Tax Treatment

Where required by applicable law, the Organiser shall make the corresponding withholding and tax payment on account of Personal Income Tax in respect of the Prize and report the Prize through the applicable tax filings.

Any tax consequences arising for the winner from receipt of the Prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

  1. Publicity

The winner authorises the Organiser to publish their name and/or images collected when receiving the Prize on the Organiser's website, social media channels and any other marketing, advertising or communication materials used by the Organiser.

Such authorisation is granted solely for these purposes and is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

The winner agrees to participate, where reasonably requested, in subsequent promotional activities relating to the Raffle.

  1. Governing Law

The territorial scope of the Raffle is the Autonomous Community of Madrid.

These Terms are governed by Law 6/2001 of 3 July on Gaming in the Community of Madrid and, where applicable, Spanish law.

Any breach of these Terms shall result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any Prize.

  1. Personal Data Protection

Further information regarding the processing of personal data in connection with the Raffle may be found in the Las Rozas Village Membership Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice.

__AEROMÉXICO TERMS AND CONDITIONS __ Please read the following conditions carefully:

  • The Prize consists of one (1) return flight for two from Madrid to Mexico City in Economy Class.
  • The Prize is valid only on Aeroméxico-operated direct flights on this route.
  • The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes (excluding fuel surcharge).
  • The winner must be over 18 years of age and be a European or British citizen.
  • The ticket must be used by the winner and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • The ticket must be booked before 31 December 2026 in person at the Village Concierge Services area in accordance with the voucher booking procedure. Travel may take place during 2027.
  • The minimum stay is three (3) days and the maximum stay is one (1) month.
  • Once tickets have been issued, no changes may be made to the booking.
  • Availability will be confirmed by email as soon as possible following receipt of the booking request. Booking details will be sent shortly thereafter.

The winner is responsible for completing check-in via Aeroméxico.com twenty-four (24) hours before departure.
